Bot or not? Mystery over 匿名の／不明の 使用者 retweeted by Trump
CHICAGO (AP) - The Twitter 使用者 goes by Gigi, though いつかs Sophia, Emma or Leona. The 占領／職業 is 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d at さまざまな times as teacher, historian, 文書の writer and model. There's been 憶測 about whether this person is really a woman - or even human. But bot or not, the account has gotten the attention of the 大統領，／社長 and his Twitter 信奉者s.
Just before midnight Friday, Trump retweeted a tweet from the 使用者, then going by Surfermom77, that 含むd the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 指名する of the 匿名の／不明の whistleblower whose （民事の）告訴 最終的に led to Trump´s 告発 by the House. Critics worry the move could 招待する 報復 against the individual.
The account 最高潮の場面s how the internet has given everyday Americans - and those 提起する／ポーズをとるing as them - a direct line of communication to the 大統領，／社長, even if people don't always know who they are.
While anonymity on Twitter 許すs people in oppressive communities to speak online 自由に, it can also 許す people to 悩ます others or spread 偽の （人命などを）奪う，主張するs without accountability. When those tweets get to the 大統領，／社長, they can quickly be retweeted to millions.
Twitter's 支配するs 許す bots and 匿名の／不明の 使用者s as long as they 差し控える from online 巧みな操作, 人種差別主義者 imagery, violent 脅しs or impersonation.

For months Trump 支持者s and some 保守的な news 出口s have published what they （人命などを）奪う，主張する to be 詳細（に述べる）s about the whistleblower, 含むing the person's 指名する and career history. Trump's retweet 示すs the first time he has 直接／まっすぐに sent the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 指名する into the Twitter 料金d of his 68 million 信奉者s.
The actual whistleblower's 身元 has not been 解放（する）d or 立証するd. The Associated 圧力（をかける） typically does not 明らかにする／漏らす the 身元 of whistleblowers.

Surfermom77 tweets more than most human 使用者s - 72 times a day on 普通の／平均（する） for more than s ix years. Another 手がかり（を与える）? Profile photos were taken from 在庫／株 photography galleries.
に引き続いて Trump's retweet, the 指名する on the profile changed from Sophia to Emma, then Leona and then to Gigi. The account's 扱う changed, too, from Surfermom77 to LovelyGigi33. Whoever's behind the account 地位，任命するd a new profile picture, 取って代わるing a 在庫／株 photo of a woman in 商売／仕事 attire with a photo of stilettos.
The 使用者 is a self-述べるd Trump 支持者 and a California 居住（者）, によれば the Twitter profile.
試みる／企てるs to reach the account 使用者 were 不成功の Monday. The account's direct messaging 機能（する）／行事 was deactivated, and the profile had no email or phone 接触する. Phone calls to numbers matching the account's 初めの 指名する and 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）d hometown weren't returned. Twitter 拒絶する／低下するd to speak 公然と about the company's 成果／努力s to 立証する the 使用者's 身元, 特記する／引用するing privacy and 安全 関心s.
While Facebook has a 政策 banning 地位，任命するs that 指名する the 申し立てられた／疑わしい whistleblower, Twitter does not. On Monday the account was 簡潔に 一時停止するd by Twitter, only to be 復帰させるd hours later. Twitter said the 中断 was a mistake. On Saturday, the company had said the account hadn't broken any of its 政策s.
"Twitter is 極端に hesitant to 一時停止する accounts even when they 陳列する，発揮する very 怪しげな 行為," said Nir Hauser, 長，指導者 科学（工学）技術 officer at VineSight, a 科学（工学）技術 会社／堅い that 跡をつけるs online misinformation. "明らかに it's a really high 妨げる／法廷，弁護士業 of 怪しげな activity."
