North Korean leader calls for '軍の countermeasures'
SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has called for active "外交の and 軍の countermeasures" to 保存する the country´s 安全 in a 非常に長い speech at a 重要な political 会議／協議会 かもしれない meant to 合法と認める major changes to his 核の 外交 with the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
Kim spoke for seven hours during the 判決，裁定 労働者s´ Party 会合 that continued for the third day on Monday. He 問題／発行するd 国家の goals for 再構築するing the North´s economy and 準備するing active and "不快な／攻撃 political, 外交の and 軍の countermeasures for 堅固に 保存するing the 主権，独立 and 安全 of the country," によれば 明言する／公表する マスコミ on Tuesday.
The Korean Central News 機関 said the 全員出席の 会合 of the party´s Central 委員会 will 延長する to the fourth day on Tuesday, a day before Kim is 推定する／予想するd to use his 年次の New Year´s 演説（する）／住所 to 発表する major changes to his 経済的な and 安全 政策s.
Some 専門家s believe Kim could use the speech to 宣言する he is 一時停止するing his 核の 交渉s with Washington, which have 行き詰まらせるd over 不一致s in 交流ing 許可／制裁s 救済 and 軍備縮小, and he could かもしれない 生き返らせる 対決 by 解除するing a self-課すd 支払い猶予／一時停止 on 核の and long-範囲 ミサイル 実験（する）s.
KCNA did not 報告（する）／憶測 any 決定／判定勝ち（する）s made at the party 会合 or について言及する any 明確な／細部 comment by Kim toward the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs.
But it said Kim 公式文書，認めるd that the 労働者s´ Party is 決定するd to enter "another arduous and 長引いた struggle," かもしれない referring to 成果／努力s to 打ち勝つ U.S.-led 許可／制裁s and 圧力, before 結論するing his speech with calls for "dynamically 開始 the road" toward building a powerful 社会主義者 nation.

KCNA said the party is working to 草案 a 決意／決議 based on the 協議事項 laid out by Kim and 計画（する）s to discuss an 明示していない "important 文書."
In his New Year´s speech to begin 2019, Kim said his country would 追求する an 明示していない "new path" if the 行政 of 大統領 Donald Trump 固執するs with 許可／制裁s and pre ssure on North Korea.
交渉s 滞るd に引き続いて the 崩壊（する） of his second 首脳会議 with Trump in February, where the Americans 拒絶するd North Korean 需要・要求するs for 幅の広い 許可／制裁s 救済 in 交流 for the 取り去る／解体するing of an 高齢化 核の 施設 in Yongbyon, which would only 代表する a 部分的な／不平等な 降伏する of its 核の 能力s.
The North said earlier this month it 行為／行うd two "決定的な" 実験（する）s at its long-範囲 ロケット／急騰する 開始する，打ち上げる 施設, raising 憶測 it has been developing a new long-範囲 ミサイル or 準備するing a 衛星 開始する，打ち上げる.
U.S. 国務長官 マイク Pompeo said the Trump 行政 still believes it "can find a path 今後 to 納得させる the leadership in North Korea that their best course of 活動／戦闘 is to create a better 適切な時期 for their people by getting rid of their 核の 武器s."
"We´re watching what they´re doing here in the の近くにing days of this year, and we hope that they´ll make a 決定／判定勝ち（する） that will lead to a path of peace and not one に向かって 対決," Pompeo said in an interview Monday morning with "Fox and Friends."
