JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) - Abortion is 推定する／予想するd to play a 重要な 役割 in Missouri's 2020 知事´s race, when 投票者s will decide whether to stick with a 共和国の／共和党の who 調印するd one of the most 制限する abortion 法律s in the U.S. or go with the only 民主党員 who 持つ／拘留するs statewide office.
共和国の／共和党の Gov. マイク Parson, who served as 中尉／大尉／警部補 知事 and assumed leadership after Gov. Eric Greitens 辞職するd まっただ中に スキャンダル in 2018, is 長，率いるing into the race with good 半端物s over 明言する／公表する Auditor Nicole Galloway in the GOP-支配するd 明言する／公表する.
But the 問題／発行する of abortion could 強化する things after Parson 調印するd a 法律 last year that 禁止（する）s most abortions at or after eight weeks of pregnancy with no exceptions for 強姦 or incest, University of Central Missouri political scientist Robynn Kuhlmann said.
"It´s definitely an 問題／発行する that´s going to 刺激（する） more 民主党員s out to 投票（する）, in particular more women," Kuhlmann said.
Galloway has called the 法律 "outrageous" and 特記する／引用するd its severity as a 運動ing factor in her 決定／判定勝ち（する） to enter the 知事's race. The 法律, which does 含む exceptions for 医療の 緊急s, is on 持つ／拘留する as Parson's 行政 fights a 法廷，裁判所 戦う／戦い over its 合憲性.
University of Missouri-St. Louis political scientist Dave Robertson said Parson´s support of the 法律 might turn off some more 穏健な 共和国の／共和党のs and 動機づける 郊外の women to turn out in support of Galloway.

"Time will tell as to how much this will make a difference," Robertson said. "It may be hard to tell in the 中央 of all the things that will be going on with (大統領 Donald) Trump's re-選挙 and other events, some of which we can't even imagine yet."
