UN: Africa's locust 突発／発生 needs $76M 'by, 現実に, now'
JOHANNESBURG (AP) - The worst locust 突発／発生 that parts of East Africa have seen in 70 years needs some $76 million to help 支配（する）／統制する and the money is "要求するd by, 現実に, now," the 国際連合 said Thursday.
So far just $15 million has been 動員するd to help stop the 突発／発生 that 脅すs to より悪くする an already poor hunger 状況／情勢 for millions of people in Kenya, Ethiopia, Somalia and どこかよそで, Dominique Bourgeon, 緊急s director with the U.N. Food and 農業 Organization, told a 要点説明 in Rome.
"You can imagine that a country that has not seen such a thing in 70 years is not 井戸／弁護士席 用意が出来ている," he said of Kenya, East Africa´s 経済的な 中心.

Already the locusts, moving in 群れているs of hundreds of millions, have stripped some 刈るs 明らかにする. An Ethiopian 代表者／国会議員 at the 要点説明 told the （国連）食料農業機関 that some 農業者s in Africa´s second most populous nation have lost 90% of their 生産／産物.
The locusts have been moving 刻々と toward Ethiopia´s 不和 Valley, the country's breadbasket, the U.N. says.
当局 have said 空中の pesticide spraying is the only 効果的な 支配（する）／統制する in the 突発／発生, but 公式の／役人s in Kenya and どこかよそで have said more 計画（する）s and more pesticide are needed.
