Iraq says 共同の操作／手術s with US-led 連合再開する

BAGHDAD (AP) - 共同の軍の操作／手術s with the U.S.-led 連合 to 反対する the Islamic 明言する／公表する group have 再開するd after a nearly three-week pause, an Iraqi 軍の声明 said Thursday.

一方／合間, anti-政府抗議する人s called for 1 million Iraqis to take to the streets Friday in what they said was a "last chance" for the 抗議する movement to build on 勢い伸び（る）d after 信奉者s of 影響力のある Shiite 聖職者の Muqtada al-Sadr packed up and left last week.

The 連合 paused 操作／手術s in support of Iraqi 軍隊s in the fight against IS 交戦的なs on Jan. 5 after a U.S. airstrike killed Iran's エリート Quds 軍隊 leader Gen. Qassem Soleimani and 上級の Iraqi 民兵指揮官 Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis on Iraq 国／地域, 誘発するing 乱暴／暴力を加えるの中で Iraqi 公式の／役人s.

国会議員s passed a 決意／決議 to 追い出す foreign 軍隊／機動隊s from Iraq after the U.S. strike. The 連合 refocused on 保護するing 軍の職員／兵員まっただ中に恐れるs of an Iranian 反対する-attack.

Saleh has given political 圏s until Feb. 1 to select a 候補者 or else he would select one himself, he said in a 声明 Wednesday.

Al-Sadr 表明するd his "失望" at anti-政府抗議する人s and withdrew his support for the movement. The デモ参加者／実演宣伝者s had spoken out against an anti-U.S. 決起大会／結集させる組織するd by al-Sadr 支持者s. 分析家s said the 撤退 was al-Sadr's 試みる／企てる to 伸び（る）てこ入れ／借入資本 in 現在進行中の首相選択会談.

His 信奉者s and his 民兵 group had been 保護するing デモ参加者／実演宣伝者s from 安全軍隊s and unknown groups 捜し出すing to 抑える the movement. Their 出発 was followed by a 安全厳重取締 in which at least four 抗議する人s were killed and テントs were 燃やすd.

抗議する人s, 恐れるing 安全軍隊s would root them out of Tahrir Square, the 震源地 of the movement, called for thousands to 反抗する al-Sadr and take to the streets in 返答.

The 撤退 of al-Sadr´s support has altered the dynamics of the four-month 抗議する movement, some 行動主義者s say.

Kamal Jaban, an 行動主義者（軍の）野営地，陣営d out in Tahrir, said al-Sadr´s 信奉者s had accounted for nearly a third of the テントs in the square. He said Friday´s 抗議する was the movement´s "last chance" to 動員する the street and 押し進める for 改革（する）.

On Thursday evening, the once bustling plaza was 比較して静かな.

"Did he 影響する／感情 us? Yes. But did he 影響する／感情 the trajectory of the movement? No," said Jaban. "Maybe he put a few sticks in the wheel."

Support from al-Sadr was 決定的な in 議会´s passing of an 選挙（人）の改革（する）法案, a 重要な需要・要求する of デモ参加者／実演宣伝者s. The 聖職者の is also the 長，率いる of the Saeroon 圏, which won the largest number of seats in the May 2018 連邦の選挙.

"The bad thing is 抗議する人s feel いっそう少なく安全な・保証する. The good thing is day by day 抗議する人s are 伸び（る）ing 信用／信任 that we can do it alone," said Jaban.

抗議する人s said they were taking their own self 保護対策 by looking out for 怪しげな cars and communicating through walkie-talkies. But many 恐れるd this was not enough.

Abdul Razzak, 21, is a 支持者 of al-Sadr but said he was "shocked" by his 撤退 of support. He is の中で the few 信奉者s of the 聖職者の who have remained in Tahrir d espite the order to leave.

"I am shocked," he said. "But we gave a 約束 that we will not return until the 革命後継するs."
