David Phelps, Brewers 完結する $1.5 million, 1-year 取引，協定

The 33-year-old 権利-hander was 2-1 with one save and a 3.41 ERA in 41 games for Toronto and Cubs last season. The reliever was 貿易（する）d by the Blue Jays to Chicago in late July.
Phelps 行方不明になるd the 2018 season because of Tommy John 外科 after 負傷させるing his 肘 in spring training. He is 32-34 with six saves and a 3.86 ERA in seven seasons with the New York Yankees, Miami, Seattle, Toronto and the Cubs.

Phelps said he's 罰金 to pitch in any 役割. 経営者／支配人 Craig Counsell takes a creative approach with his staff, and the bullpen is a big 推論する／理由 the Brewers won the NL Central in 2018 and were a wild-card team last year.
"I know Craig uses guys in a variety of ways. He seems to want to put his arm in a position to have success and that's 明白に incredibly attractive to a reliever," he said.

Phelps gets a $1.25 million salary this year, and Milwaukee's 選択 is for $4.5 million with a $250,000 buyout.
He can earn $1.9 million in each year in 特別手当s for pitching 外見s: $175,000 for 35, $200,000 for 40, $225,000 for 45, $250,000 for 50, $300,000 for 55, $350,000 for 60 and $400,000 for 65.
Milwaukee 指定するd 権利-hander Deolis Guerra for assignment. The 30-year-old Guerra pitched in one game for the Brewers last season, and 以前 played for the Pittsburgh and the Angels.
