Xi's 早期に 関与 in ウイルス 突発／発生 raises questions
BEIJING (AP) - A 最近の speech by Chinese 大統領 Xi Jinping that has been published by 明言する／公表する マスコミ 示すs for the first time that he was 主要な the 返答 to a new ウイルス 突発／発生 from 早期に on in the 危機.

"On Jan. 22, in light of the 疫病／流行性の´s 早い spread and the challenges of 予防 and 支配（する）／統制する, I made a （疑いを）晴らす request that Hubei 州 器具／実施する 包括的な and stringent 支配（する）／統制するs over the outflow of people," Xi told a 会合 of the party's standing 委員会, its 最高の，を越す 団体／死体.

Taiwan's Central News 機関 報告（する）／憶測d that the person who died was a man in his 60s living in central Taiwan. He had not traveled overseas recently and had no known 接触する with ウイルス 患者s, CNA said, 特記する／引用するing 大臣 of Health and 福利事業 Chen Shih-chung.

Alternatively, it may mean that Xi, as the 最高の，を越す leader, is willing to take 責任／義務 because he was aware of the 状況／情勢, Zhang said.
信用 in the 政府's approach to 突発／発生s remains fractured after the SARS 疫病／流行性の of 2002 and 2003, which was covered up for months.
