Afghanistan 解放する／自由なs 100 Taliban, but group hasn't 立証するd
KABUL, Afghanistan (AP) - Afghanistan 解放（する）d 100 Taliban 囚人s Wednesday, （人命などを）奪う，主張するing they were の中で 5,000 抑留者s to be 解放する／自由なd under a 取引，協定 between 謀反のs and the U.S. The Taliban said, however, they have yet to 立証する those 解放（する）d were on the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） they 手渡すd over to Washington during 交渉s.
The 囚人 解放（する） is a 批判的な first step to intra-Afghan 交渉s 目的（とする）d at bringing an end to １０年間s of war in Afghanistan. The U.S.-Taliban 取引，協定 調印するd in February also calls for the Taliban to 解放する／自由な 1,000 政府 職員／兵員 they 持つ／拘留する 人質.
Jawed Faisal, 広報担当者 for Afghanistan´s 国家の 安全 助言者, said the 100 were 解放（する）d from the base in Bagram, 近づく Kabul, on Wednesday.
Taliban political 広報担当者 Suhail Shaheen in a message to The Associated 圧力（をかける） said the 謀反の group doesn't know who the 政府 is 解放（する）ing without 立証. He said the Taliban withdrew a technical team to 監督する the 解放（する）s because of 延期するs by the 政府. In a tweet, Shaheen admonished the 政府 for 辞退するing to 解放（する） the first 15 Taliban they requested who were on the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）.
"They should be 解放（する）d based on our 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる）," Shaheen told AP. The 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） of Taliban and 政府 職員／兵員 to be 解放（する）d were part of the 交渉s that led to the 調印 of the U.S.-Taliban peace 取引，協定.

Earlier this week, the U.S. 明言する／公表する Department´s Bureau of South and Central Asian 事件／事情／状勢s tweeted a 厳しい 声明 表明するing 失望／欲求不満 at the continued political 騒動 roiling in Kabul.
The 明言する／公表する Department tweeted: "As the world gets slammed by COVID-19, with 破滅的な 経済的な consequences for all, 寄贈者s are 失望させるd and fed up by personal 協議事項 s 存在 前進するd ahead of the 福利事業 of the Afghan people."
Afghanistan has 課すd a lockdown in several cities to 抑制（する） the spread of the new ウイルス and has so far 記録，記録的な／記録するd 444 確認するd 事例／患者s and 14 deaths.
一方／合間, at least seven Afghan 非軍事のs were killed when the Taliban attacked 安全 軍隊s in northern Balkh 州, 地元の 公式の／役人s said Wednesday.
The 謀反のs 誘拐するd the 非軍事のs on Tuesday afternoon in the 地区 of Sholgara and later killed them, によれば Sayed Arif Iqbali, the 地元の police 長，指導者.
