FIFPro 称讃するs growth of women's game but calls for support

Based on 調査するs of players 世界的な, the 報告（する）／憶測 解放（する）d Wednesday by the international players union FIFPro showed club salaries are 一般に rising but still don't 供給する a living 行う for many women.
When the 最高の，を越す and 底（に届く） 5% are 除去するd, 普通の／平均（する） club salaries for 回答者／被告s rose from about $2,350 a month in 2016 to $3,980 a month in 2018. But 3.6% said they received no salary.

"In many ways the 危機 権利 now 実証するs those gaps and those 関心s and those calls for 活動／戦闘 that we had 現実に identified, because we´re seeing now, under the surface, the fragility on which the women´s game is still built," FIFPro General 長官 Jonas Baer-Hoffmann said on a 会議／協議会 call with reporters Thursday morning.
For the 報告（する）／憶測, FIFPro 調査するd 国家の team players from countries 代表するd at the Women's World Cup in フラン last year and other nations: 186 players from 18 different countries 答える／応じるd. FIFPro also requested （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） and data from all 24 連合s 代表するd at the World Cup and all six FIFA 連合s.

"Women´s football cannot follow in the footsteps of the men´s game nor be positioned as its little sister," the 報告（する）／憶測 says. "We must learn from the challenges and 適切な時期s we have seen develop across the football 産業 and use this knowledge to help lay the 創立／基礎 for a 維持できる 全世界の 雇用 market built on healthy and 安全な working 環境s," the 報告（する）／憶測 明言する／公表するd.
The women's game had been on an 上向き trajectory, the 報告（する）／憶測 公式文書，認めるd, 上げるd by 投資 and high-profile 法人組織の／企業の 後援 取引，協定s with 会社／堅いs 含むing Barclay's, ビザ and Budweiser, 同様に as other factors.
"We see that the women´s game is 証明するing its value to both the sport and society. 出席 at games has not やむを得ず 反映するd that growth. Total 出席 at the World Cup fell from a high of 1,353,506 in 2015 - when the field was 拡大するd from 16 to 24 teams - to 1,131,312 last summer in フラン.
The 国家の Women's サッカー League in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and the 最高の，を越す 分割 in フラン were the only major professional leagues to see a rise in 出席 last year. There have also been success stories, like the match between Atletico Madrid and Barcelona last year that drew a women's club football 記録，記録的な／記録する of 60,739 fans.
The television audience for 首相 women's events is growing. The total audience reached for the World Cup last year was 993.5 million, 1.12 billion with 数字表示式の マスコミ audiences 含むd. The audience for the final in フラン was up 56% over 2015. The 報告（する）／憶測 also pointed to new マスコミ channels 燃料ing the visibility of the game.
However, broadcasting 権利s for women's games are often sold in tandem with men's matches, making it difficult to 決定する the value of the women's game as its own 製品.
FIFPro called for 最小限 全世界の labor 基準s for women's サッカー, higher tournament 基準s, 増加するd 集団の／共同の 取引ing 成果／努力s and greater attention paid to how player 井戸／弁護士席-存在 is 衝撃d by the 競争 calendar.
"My hope would be that people read the Raising Our Game 報告（する）／憶測 and take from it the call to 活動／戦闘 very 本気で, with labor 基準s and 適切な時期s to engage players in the dialog about what a just and 維持できる football club looks like in the 未来," Vandervort said.
