US 株 提案 to 延長する Iran 武器 出入港禁止 with Russia
UNITED NATIONS (AP) - U.S. 外交官／大使 Kelly （手先の）技術 said Friday she has 株d a 草案 U.N. 安全 会議 決意／決議 with Russia that would 延長する the 武器 出入港禁止 against Iran 無期限に／不明確に.
Russia´s U.N. 外交官／大使 Vassily Nebenzia said last month that Moscow will …に反対する any U.S. 試みる／企てるs to 延長する the 武器 出入港禁止, which 満了する／死ぬs on Oct. 18, and reimpose U.N. 許可／制裁s on Iran.
（手先の）技術 told a 圧力（をかける） 要点説明 that she also 株d the 草案 with the 部隊d Kingdom, フラン, Germany and Estonia and hopes to give the 草案 to the 残り／休憩（する） of the 15-member 安全 会議 "pretty soon."
But she said first she wants to talk to 外交官／大使s and "make sure everyone understands that we are committed to making 確かな that the U.N. 安全 会議 does not 許す this to 満了する／死ぬ in October."
"What I say to people is on Oct. 18 ... do we want Russia selling 武器s to Iran? Do we want 中国 selling? Do we want anyone 供給するing or selling 武器s to Iran?," （手先の）技術 asked. Nebenzia said the U.S. pulled out of the 協定 and "they have no 権利" to use any of its 準備／条項s.
But （手先の）技術 said the 決意／決議 "makes （疑いを）晴らす that the US 保持するs the 権利" to use the "snap 支援する" 準備／条項.
Some Western 政府s 個人として 恐れる that 持続するing an 武器 出入港禁止 will lead Iran to 追い出す IAEA 視察官s and move ahead on developing 核の 武器s.
