Ethiopia's leader あられ／賞賛するs 1st filling of 大規模な, 論争d dam
ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (AP) - Ethiopia´s 首相 on Wednesday あられ／賞賛するd the first filling of a 大規模な dam that has led to 緊張s with Egypt, 説 two turbines will begin 生成するing 力／強力にする next year.
Abiy Ahmed´s 声明, read out on 明言する／公表する マスコミ 出口s, （機の）カム a day after he and the leaders of Egypt and Sudan 報告（する）／憶測d 進歩 on an elusive 協定 on the 操作／手術 of the $4.6 billion Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, the largest in Africa.
The first filling of the dam´s 貯蔵所, which Ethiopia´s 政府 せいにするs to 強い雨s, "has shown to the 残り／休憩（する） of the world that our country could stand 会社／堅い with its two 脚s from now onwards," Abiy´s 声明 said. "We have 首尾よく 完全にするd the first dam filling without bothering and 傷つけるing anyone else. Now the dam is 洪水ing 石油精製."
The dam will reach 十分な 力／強力にする 生成するing capacity in 2023, the 声明 said: "Now we have to finish the remaining construction and 外交問題s."
Ethiopia´s 首相 on Tuesday said the countries had reached a "major ありふれた understanding which 覆うs the way for a 打開 協定."

Ethiopia has said it would begin filling the 貯蔵所 this month even without a 取引，協定 as the 雨の season floods the Blue Nile. But the Tuesday 声明 said leaders agreed to 追求する "その上の technical discussions on the filling ... and proceed to a 包括的な 協定."
