法廷，裁判所 challenge ahead for Trump's 地区 製図／抽選 order

"Just when you thought everything was settled yesterday, a new order comes out that makes things unsettled," U.S. 地区 裁判官 Paula Xinis said.

Xinis said Wednesday that she had been inclined to do so because there was no way of knowing whether 明言する／公表する 立法機関s would use the 市民権 data when redrawing 法律を制定する 地区s, which would raise questions about whether the 原告／提訴人s had what is known as "standing" to make their challenge, and some 明言する／公表するs would have to change their 法律s to do so.
But Trump´s newest order "really changes the landscape," she said.
"The first (n)役員／(a)執行力のある order is tied to the second (n)役員／(a)執行力のある order," Xinis said. "The second (n)役員／(a)執行力のある order is buttoning up some of the 関心s we all had as far as standing."
