Utah sees ウイルス 殺到する -- but not in 郡 with mask order

There's no statewide mask order in 共和国の／共和党の-led Utah, and 直面する coverings remain contentious, as seen at a 最近の public 会合 that was 突然の ended when dozens of people without masks packed the room.

The 郡 used to 終始一貫して 報告（する）／憶測 60% of the 明言する／公表する´s 事例／患者s, but now typically sees about 40% of those 事例／患者s, Wilson said. A third of the 明言する／公表する´s 3.2 million 居住（者）s live in Salt Lake 郡.
Health 専門家s say masks can 妨げる the spread of the 病気 by catching ウイルス-含む／封じ込めるing respiratory droplets expelled when people exhale or cough. 直面する coverings are 促進するd as a 重要な 道具 in 許すing the 再開 of 経済的な activity and students´ return to schools.
Critics, however, argue that mask 委任統治（領）s overstep 政府 力／強力にする.

不一致s between 共和国の／共和党のs and De mocrats 伴う／関わるing masks has gone to 法廷，裁判所 in Georgia, but the conversation is more nuanced in Utah. Herbert has 勧めるd people to 任意に wear them and hasn't 論争d 地元の 委任統治（領）s in Salt Lake 郡 and a handful of other 郡s, mostly tourist 目的地s with 国家の parks and ski 訴える手段／行楽地s.
He' also ordered the use of masks at schools and 明言する／公表する-run buildings, and 示すd he may 再考する a statewide 委任統治（領） if 事例／患者 counts remain high in August.
