政府 defends 拘留するing ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen

In their とじ込み／提出するing, 検察官，検事s said Cohen was returned to 刑務所，拘置所 "because he was antagonistic" with 保護監察 officers and 辞退するd to 調印する a home confinement 協定.
They said Cohen "took 問題／発行する with nearly every 準備／条項 in the 協定 relating to the 条件 and 条件s of his home confinement."

Instead, they said, it was 草案d by a 保護監察 officer who did not know Cohen was 令状ing a 調書をとる／予約する.
"Cohen was combative," U.S. 保護監察 Officer Specialist Adam Pakula wrote in a separate 法廷，裁判所 とじ込み／提出するing. "Cohen 明言する／公表するd on at least one occasion that he would not 調印する the 協定."
