German 弁護 大臣: Planned US 撤退 '残念な'
BERLIN (AP) - Germany's 弁護 大臣 on Friday 述べるd the planned 撤退 of some 12,000 U.S. 軍隊／機動隊s from her country as "残念な," while 示唆するing it を強調するs the need for Europe to do more for its own 安全.
American 弁護 leaders said Wednesday that the U.S. will bring about 6,400 軍隊／機動隊s home and 転換 about 5,600 to other countries in Europe. The 決定／判定勝ち（する） 実行するs 大統領 Donald Trump´s 発表するd 願望（する） to 身を引く 軍隊／機動隊s from Germany, 大部分は because of what he considers its 失敗 to spend enough on 弁護.

The German 政府's reaction so far to the U.S. 決定／判定勝ち（する） has been 抑制するd. Still, Rolf Muetzenich, a 上級の 人物／姿／数字 in the 治める／統治するing 連合's junior party, the 中心-left Social 民主党員s, 示唆するd that "軍備s 協調s will have to be 評価するd in a new light."
Muetzenich, the 長，率いる of the party's 議会の group, told the daily Sueddeutsche Zeitung that "capriciousness and 圧力" could not be "the basis for working together in 共同."
His comments drew 批評 from （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Angela Merkel's 中心-権利 party. 国会議員 Roderich Kiesewetter told news 機関 dpa that "there is no 適する and affordable 交替／補充 so far" in Europe for the U.S. 弁護 産業's high-tech 製品s. He argued that there also are checks and balances on Trump in the U.S.
Another 国会議員, Henning Otte, said the Social 民主党員s shouldn't talk up "その上の alienation within the 同盟."

Africa 命令（する） said in a 声明 Friday that it "has been told to 計画（する） to move" and has started doing so, though 追加するd it would "likely take several months to develop 選択s, consider 場所s, and come to a d ecision."
Africa 命令（する）, which was 設立するd in Stuttgart in 2008 after 存在 unable to find a 場所 in Africa, said it would "first look at 選択s どこかよそで in Europe, but will also consider 選択s in the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs" for its new home.
