RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - The Virginia 上院 認可するd wide-範囲ing police 改革（する） 法律制定 Thursday that would 禁じる the use of chokeholds, 制限する no-knock 家宅捜査令状s, and 拡大する the grounds to decertify 法律 施行 公式の／役人s who commit 不品行／姦通.
