ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has 調印するd 法律制定 to end long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 独房監禁 confinement in 明言する／公表する 刑務所，拘置所s and 刑務所，拘置所s, he 発表するd Thursday.
Under the new 法律, 刑務所，拘置所s and 刑務所，拘置所s will not be 許すd to 持つ／拘留する inmates in 独房監禁 confinement for more than 15 連続した days. 独房監禁 confinement will be banned 完全に for several 部類s of 囚人s 含むing minors, people over 55, 妊娠している inmates and those with disabilities.

A 法案 to 停止（させる） 独房監禁 confinement in New York failed to pass in 2019 in part because of 対立 from the New York 明言する／公表する Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent 協会, which argued that ending the practice would make pr isons いっそう少なく 安全な.
