巨大（な）s and Gettleman 出資する on 積極的な 草案 approach
The New York 巨大（な）s were surprisingly 積極的な in 解放する／自由な 機関 last month, and they didn't change the game 計画（する） in the NFL 草案.
General 経営者／支配人 Dave Gettleman rolled the dice on three 草案-day 取引，協定s, 設立する 約束ing players at need positions, and 選ぶd up three extra choices for next year's talent-rich 草案 in an 成果／努力 to get New York 支援する to プレーオフs for the first time since 2016.

The move that stands out most was on the first day of the 草案.

New York, 6-10 in Joe 裁判官's first season, had three 選ぶs Saturday. It took outside linebacker Elerson Smith of Northern Iowa in the fourth 一連の会議、交渉／完成する and running 支援する Gary Brightwel l of Arizona and cornerback Rodarius Williams of Oklahoma 明言する／公表する, both in the sixth 一連の会議、交渉／完成する.
"We feel like we´ve 追加するd a strong group of players at a variety of positions," Gettleman said. "We've 追加するd playmakers, We´ve 追加するd pass rushers and we've 追加するd corners. We feel good about what we´ve done."

EDGE RUSHER
The 巨大（な）s are going to lots of 候補者s for getting to the passer. Leonard Williams returns from a career-best season, and Lorenzo Carter and Oshane Ximines are 支援する from 傷害. Linebackers （機の）カム Brown and Carter Coughlin have a year of experience and the 草案 選ぶs - Ojulari and Smith - have 可能性のある.
Coming out of FCS school Northern Iowa, the 6-foot-6 Smith had 21 1/2 解雇（する）s 連合させるd in 2018 and '19, but he did not play last season. He showed 井戸／弁護士席 against stiffer 競争 at the 上級の Bowl.

GREEDY'S BROTHER
Rodarius Williams, the second of the two sixth-一連の会議、交渉／完成する 選ぶs, is the older brother of Cleveland Browns cornerback Greedy Williams.
The younger Williams, 23, was a second-一連の会議、交渉／完成する 草案 選ぶ in 2019 out of LSU. Rodarius Williams, who will turn 25 in September, 始める，決める a 記録，記録的な／記録する with the Big 12's Cowboys, making 48 straight starts. He had two career interceptions.
SENIOR BOWL
With the NFL not having a 連合させる, the 上級の Bowl was the one event where 巨大（な）s coaches and staff were able to sit 負かす／撃墜する and talk to the 競技者s, 同様に as 診察する them and see them play. It's not surprising five of the six players they took played in the game. The exception was Brightwell, who caught the 巨大（な）s' 利益／興味 because of his special teams play along with his ability as a halfback.
"To be honest, the guys you only see on tape you don´t have enough interaction with," 裁判官 said.
