Suez Canal´s (人命などを)奪う,主張する over once-stuck ship referred by 法廷,裁判所

CAIRO (AP) - An Egyptian 控訴,上告s 法廷,裁判所 said Sunday it 欠如(する)s 裁判権 to look into the Suez Canal 当局´s 需要・要求するs to 支持する 財政上の (人命などを)奪う,主張するs that led to the seizure of the 貨物 ship that 封鎖するd the 水路 in March.

The 当局 and the ship's owner 論争 who was at fault when the Ever Given ran 座礁して in the canal linking the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea and how much 補償(金) should be paid.

The 控訴,上告s 議会 of the Ismailia 経済的な 法廷,裁判所 referred the 事例/患者 to a 地裁 to decide on the 合法性 of the seizure of the ship until the 解決/入植地 of 補償(金) (人命などを)奪う,主張する between the the Suez Canal 当局 and Shoei Kisen Kaisha Ltd., the ship´s Japanese owner, によれば Hazem Barakat, a lawyer 代表するing the 大型船´s owner.

The Ever Given was on its way to the Dutch port of Rotterdam on March 23 when it slammed into the bank of a 選び出す/独身-小道/航路 stretch of the canal about 6 キロメーターs (3.7 miles) north of the southern 入り口, 近づく the city of Suez.

At first, the Suez Canal 当局 需要・要求するd $916 million in 補償(金), which was later lowered to $550 million, the 長,率いる of the canal 当局, Lt. Gen. O sama Rabie, said in comments on a television program on Sunday.

The money would cover the 海難救助 操作/手術, costs of 立ち往生させるd canal traffic and lost 輸送 料金s for the week the Ever Given 封鎖するd the canal.

The ship´s technical 管理/経営 company, Bernard Schulte Shipmanagement, said in April the Suez Canal 当局 had not 供給するd a 詳細(に述べる)d justification for the 補償(金) (人命などを)奪う,主張する, calling it "extraordinarily large."

On Saturday, lawyers 代表するing the ship's owners 非難するd the canal 当局 for the 大型船´s grounding, (人命などを)奪う,主張するing the canal 当局 did not 供給する 証拠 faulting the ship´s 乗組員. They also argued the canal 当局 should not have 許すd the 大型船 to sail in the 水路 まっただ中に bad 天候.

Evergreen 海洋 Corp., a major Taiwan-based shipping company that operates the ship, had said the Ever Given had been 打ち勝つ by strong 勝利,勝つd as it entered the canal from the Red Sea.

Barakat said the Voyage Data Recorder, also known as a 大型船´s 黒人/ボイコット box, had 記録,記録的な/記録するd a 審議 between canal 操縦するs and its 支配(する)/統制する 中心 over whether it should be 許すd to 輸送 the canal. Two 操縦するs from the canal 当局 were 船内に the 大型船 to guide it when the grounding happened.
