Kosovo 可決する・採択するs 決意／決議 to 非難する 1995 Srebrenica 大虐殺
PRISTINA, Kosovo (AP) - Kosovo´s 議会 on Wednesday 可決する・採択するd a 決意／決議 非難するing the 1995 大虐殺 of thousands of Bosnian men and boys in Srebrenica by Bosnian セルビア人 軍隊／機動隊s, which was branded as 集団殺戮 by a U.N. war 罪，犯罪s 法廷，裁判所.
The 決意／決議, 始めるd by the Vakat 連合 of parties 代表するing the Bosnian 少数，小数派 in Kosovo, was 認可するd by 89 国会議員s in the 120-seat 議会. 非，不，無 投票（する）d against.
The Srpska Lista party of Kosovo's 民族の セルビア人 少数，小数派 ボイコット（する）d the 審議 on the 決意／決議 and did not 参加する the 投票（する）. They 拒絶する／低下するd to talk to reporters when leaving 議会.
On July 11, 1995, the U.N.-指定するd "安全な 港／避難所" of Srebrenica in Bosnia-Herzegovina fell to Bosnian セルビア人 軍隊s, who then killed more than 8,000 イスラム教徒 men and boys.
Both the 戦時 Bosnian セルビア人 army 指揮官, Ratko Mladic, and former political leader Radovan Karadzic were subsequently 宣告，判決d to life in 刑務所，拘置所 by the U.N. war 罪，犯罪s 法廷，裁判所 in the Netherlands for 集団殺戮 in Srebrenica.
Bahri Shabani of the Vakat 連合 said the 決意／決議 would help the 犠牲者s of the 大虐殺 get 司法（官）.

"That would help not only the 犠牲者s in Bosnia-Herzegovina but also the 犠牲者s in Kosovo not to be forgotten," he said. "Such a 決意／決議 and the 記念の day of the 集団殺戮 in Srebrenica are a lesson for 未来 世代s and a 仲直り 成果／努力 for nations."
Kosovo´s 総理大臣 Abin Kurti said 議会's 公式の／役人 激しい非難 of the 集団殺戮 "needs to be undisputable so that it won´t happen again."
Kosovo´s 1998-1999 war followed Bosnia's in the violent break-up of the former Yugoslavia, and left more than 10,000 おもに 民族の Albanians killed. More than 1,600 are still 行方不明の.
Kosovo was then a Serbian 州. The fighting ended after a 北大西洋条約機構 軍の 介入 軍隊d Serbia to w ithdraw its 軍隊s. The 国際連合 ran the 領土 for nine years before Kosovo in 2008 宣言するd independence, a move that Serbia doesn´t 認める.
