DA: 6ix9ine's 護衛s broke man's phone after wild chase

護衛s for troubled rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine turned New York City into the Wild West last summer, piling into SUVs and chasing a man for 20 封鎖するs with lights flashing after he 試みる/企てるd to 記録,記録的な/記録する cellphone ビデオ of the 記録,記録的な/記録するing 星/主役にする, 検察官,検事s said Monday.

Five members of 6ix9ine´s 安全 team, 含むing a retired New York City police 探偵,刑事 (刑事)被告 of lying and 試みる/企てるing to cover up the 出来事/事件, were 起訴するd Monday on 強盗, 誤った impersonation and other 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s stemming from the 追跡 last August in Harlem.

Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose real 指名する is Daniel Hernandez, was not 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金d.

"A celebrity 側近 is not a police department, and Manhattan is not the Wild West," Manhattan 地区 弁護士/代理人/検事 Cyrus Vance Jr. said in a written 声明 発表するing the 起訴,告発s.

When 6ix9ine's 護衛s finally 直面するd the man, ボクシング him in with their SUVs 近づく the Apollo Theater, they knocked his 独房 phone out and stomped it, Vance said.

As the man 格闘するd with one of the 護衛s in an 試みる/企てる to get the phone 支援する, Laperuta approached with his 手渡す on his holstered gun and another 護衛 pointed a stun gun at the man, Vance said.

The 安全 team fled in the SUVs as an unmarked police car drove up with lights flashing, Vance said.

Laperuta pleaded not 有罪の Monday and was 推定する/予想するd to 地位,任命する 保釈(金) Monday afternoon. Other members of the 安全 team were 推定する/予想するd to be arraigned later Mon day.

Laperuta's lawyer, Todd Cushner, said he was reviewing the 告発(する),告訴(する)/料金s against the former 探偵,刑事.

"For the most part, they´re unfounded," Cushner said.

6ix9ine, a Brooklyn native, ロケット/急騰するd to fame as a hip-hop artist after becoming a social マスコミ 現象 with millions of 信奉者s on Instagram. He had a multiplatinum 攻撃する,衝突する song, "Fefe," with Nicki Minaj, which 頂点(に達する)d at No. 3 on the pop charts in 2018, and "Stoopid," featuring the incarcerated rapper Bobby Shmurda.

Since then, he's been in and out of 法廷,裁判所 - and 刑務所,拘置所.
