Japan 拡大するs ウイルス 緊急, 重さを計るs 合法的な 刑罰，罰則s
TOKYO (AP) - Japanese 総理大臣 Yoshihide Suga 公式に 拡大するd and 延長するd the nation's coronavirus 明言する／公表する of 緊急 on Tuesday, as 政府 助言者s recommended 合法的な changes that would 許す 刑罰，罰則s for 違反s.
The 対策, 認可するd by a 政府 仕事 軍隊, 追加する seven 県s to the six areas already under a 明言する／公表する of 緊急 and 延長する it to Sept. 12.
Ten other 県s were put under a "quasi-緊急," which had 以前 encompassed six 県s, bringing about two-thirds of the nation under some form of 緊急 as COVID-19 感染s "爆発する" across the nation, in Suga´s words.
Hospitals have been stretched thin and some 本気で sick people have been turned away. More than 15,000 people are 確認するd to have died from the coronavirus.
The 政府 has taken pride in 避けるing compulsory 対策 or a lockdown, but some 専門家s and critics are wondering if voluntary 対策 are enough.
Shigeru Omi, the nation´s 最高の，を越す 医療の 助言者, said the 仕事 軍隊 is considering 合法的な changes which are needed to 学校／設ける 刑罰，罰則s or 宣言する a lockdown.

"We have so far relied on asking people to 制限する their activities, and maybe that isn´t enough to 打ち勝つ this 状況／情勢," Omi told reporters.
