Family of man killed during Kenosha 抗議するs とじ込み／提出するs 訴訟
MILWAUKEE (AP) - The family of one of the two men fatally 発射 during a demonstration against police 暴力／激しさ in Kenosha, Wisconsin, has とじ込み／提出するd a 連邦の civil 訴訟 against 地元の 法律 施行, 告発する／非難するing officers of 容易にするing Kyle Rittenhouse's attacks.
Anthony Huber was 参加するing in an Aug. 25 抗議する 誘発するd by the police 狙撃 of Jacob Blake two days earlier. The 黒人／ボイコット man was left 部分的に／不公平に 麻ひさせるd after he was 発射 in the 支援する by police during a 国内の 騒動 call.
Rittenhouse, who is white, was 17 at the time and traveled from his home in Antioch, Illinois, and joined other 武装した individuals in Kenosha who answered a call from 地元の 民兵 to 保護する 商売／仕事s from 抗議する人s. The 抗議するs turned 大混乱／混沌とした that night.

"The police are supposed to serve and 保護する," Anthony´s father, John Huber, said in a 声明. "But that´s not what the Kenosha police did. They walked away from their 義務s and turned over the streets of Kenosha to Kyle Rittenhouse and other 武装した vigilantes. If they had done their 職業, my son would still be alive today."

The 原告／提訴人s 主張する in the 訴訟 that while police 許すd 武装した 民兵 members who were white to roam the streets 不法に with 武器s, they 厳密に 施行するd a 外出禁止令 against 平和的な protestors, who were a diverse group speaking out against police 暴力／激しさ.
That 差別的な and 報復の 行為／行う 侵害する／違反するd the U.S. 憲法´s 保証（人）s of a 権利 to 解放する／自由な speech and 平和的な 議会 and to equal 保護 of the 法律, the 訴訟 said.
Anthony Huber´s mother, Karen Bloom, said the 訴訟 is about 司法（官） for her son, and his 遺産／遺物.
"After Anthony´s death, there will always be a 穴を開ける in my heart," Bloom said. "But his memory lives on, and I will never stop telling his story."
Kenosha 郡 郡保安官´s Department 広報担当者 Sgt. David Wright said 公式の／役人s planned to 問題／発行する a 声明 on the 訴訟 later.
