Ahead of his first in-person speech to the Tory Party 会議／協議会 as （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長, Mr Sunak did not 解任する the 可能性 that 増加するs to 所得税 or 会議 税金 may be 課すd.
He will use his speech in Manchester on Monday to commit more than £500 million in fresh 基金ing to help people 支援する into work as he 捜し出すs to 茎・取り除く the continuing turbulence of the coronavirus pandemic.
Mr Sunak is 転換ing the 焦点（を合わせる） on to getting people into new or better 職業s as the 政府 comes under 支えるd 圧力 over a major squeeze on living 基準s.
But the extra 基金ing comes with Mr Sunak and Boris Johnson under 圧力 from within the Tory 階級s about the 歴史的に high 税金 重荷（を負わせる）, after they raised 国家の 保険 出資／貢献s by 1.25%.

Mr Sunak told Sky News he would not “pre-empt” the 地元の 政府 財政／金融 解決／入植地 later in the year and 追加するd to LBC he “never can comment about 未来 税金 政策”.
