Boris Johnson has 主張するd that all 保守的な Party 寄付s are “vetted” after it was 報告（する）／憶測d that a 目だつ 寄贈者 was 伴う／関わるd in one of Europe’s biggest 汚職 スキャンダルs.

文書s are 報告（する）／憶測d to show that Mr Amersi advised Telia on a コンビナート／複合体 処理／取引 価値（がある） £162 million with the daughter of Uzbekistan’s 権威主義者 支配者 Islam Karimov.
The Swedish company was later 罰金d £700 million by US 当局 over the 取引，協定 and 受託するd that the money given to Mr Karimov’s daughter Gulnara was a “corrupt 支払い（額）”.
Mr Amersi was 伴う／関わるd in the 支払い（額） to Ms Karimova using a Gibraltar-based 沖合いの／海外の company in 2010.
But on Monday he said he “categorically 拒絶するs” any 主張s of 悪事を働くこと.
Mr Amersi said: “Exhaustive 調査s have been carried out into Telia by 多重の 政治の 当局 and no 主張s of 不品行／姦通 or criminality have ever been made against me.
“My work as an 助言者 has always been 行為／行うd 適切な and 合法的に.”
In a 声明, 代表者／国会議員s for Mr Amersi said the 報告（する）／憶測s were 誤って導くing and 不確かの, and sought to “embarrass the 保守的な Party on the first day of the party 会議／協議会” in Manchester.

They said Mr Amersi was only ever an 助言者 on technical 詳細（に述べる）s of the 取引 between Telia and 会社／堅い Takilant, and 追加するd Mr Amersi “did not know that Gulnara Karimova was the ultimate 監査役 of Takilant”.
Mr Johnson 主張するd any 寄付s made to his party were above board.
Mr Amersi’s 出資／貢献s in cluded more than £100,000 に向かって the 2019 総選挙 （選挙などの）運動をする and £10,000 to the 総理大臣’s leadership 企て，努力，提案.

“So we vet them the whole time.”

“Those are the checks that are 要求するd by 法律, those are the 同意／服従 checks that the party carries out.”
Mr Amersi’s partner, Nadezhda Rodicheva, has also 寄付するd large sums to the Tories ? more than £250,000 in 2017 and 2018, it was 報告（する）／憶測d.
