Former RAF 指揮官 challenges western 対立 to ウクライナ共和国 no-飛行機で行く zone

The 王室の 空気/公表する 軍隊’s former 指揮官 of 操作/手術s has challenged 総理大臣 Boris Johnson’s 対立 to a no-飛行機で行く zone over ウクライナ共和国.

Former 空気/公表する 保安官 Greg Bagwell began his career as a 急速な/放蕩な jet 操縦する, and was the RAF’s 副 指揮官 操作/手術s from 2013 until 2016.

Speaking 排他的に to the PA news 機関, 空気/公表する 保安官 Bagwell criticised western leaders for taking a no-飛行機で行く zone “off the (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する”.

“I 完全に recognise all the 制限s, all the 危険s, all the 可能性のある 落し穴s of any 活動/戦闘, let alone a no-飛行機で行く zone. But why take it off the (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する? It just makes the 職業 of the bad guy easier,” he said.

空気/公表する 保安官 Bagwell also said that the 課税 of a no-飛行機で行く zone could be done under the 後援 of the 国際連合, rather than Nato.

“I was disappointed to see that everybody すぐに turned this into a Nato versus Russia,” he said.

“Most no-飛行機で行く zones I’m aware of, and I’ve flown on, have been under UNSC (国際連合 安全 会議) 委任統治(領)s or 決意/決議s.”

He 追加するd: “The 推論する/理由 why I think it has got to be UN is I think it needs that 全世界の/万国共通の 委任統治(領)…this is not a binary fight between him (ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin) and Nato. This is him versus the world.”

Mr Johnson has 以前 支配するd out 同盟(する)s 施行するing a no-飛行機で行く zone over ウクライナ共和国, 警告 that “the UK would be engaged in 狙撃 負かす/撃墜する ロシアの 計画(する)s…that’s not something we can do”.

Defence 長官 Ben Wallace has also 拒絶するd the calls, 説 such a move would lead to an escalation of the 衝突 and the 誘発する/引き起こすing of Nato’s Article Five, and that it would also have to 適用する to Ukrainian jets.

But 空気/公表する 保安官 Bagwell told PA that such a system would not need to 適用する to Ukrainian jets.

“What we’d do is create 回廊(地帯)s from Ukrainian 離着陸場s to operating zones over 集中s of ロシアの 軍隊/機動隊s,” he said.

“Whatever the Ukrainians want, we would then give them freedom of 集まり 活動/戦闘 within those areas…it would make them more 効果的な because they would now be able to operate with 親族 impunity.”

答える/応じるing to 関心s surrounding the 誘発する/引き起こすing of Nato’s Article Five should a Nato 航空機 be 発射 負かす/撃墜する over ウクライナ共和国, 空気/公表する 保安官 Bagwell said Nato could 一時停止する Article 5 存在 適用するd to such an 出来事/事件, ーするために take the “Article Five 誘発する/引き起こす off the (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する”.

He also 提案するd 存在 “水晶 (疑いを)晴らす” with Russia as to how a no-飛行機で行く zone would work, 確実にするing there would be “no secret tripwires out there that he needs to be 用心深い of”.

He called for the 条件 of the no-飛行機で行く zone to be 輪郭(を描く)d 公然と, 含むing that any ロシアの 航空機, 飛行機で行くing in Ukrainian 領空, would be considered 敵意を持った and 発射 負かす/撃墜する.

Jets would not have to get “really の近くに to do this”, he said.

“If a ロシアの 航空機 wants to cross the Ukrainian 境界 and start 長,率いるing に向かって Kyiv, we can reach out and ‘touch’ that 航空機 long before it gets to Kyiv, whilst we sit 井戸/弁護士席 south of Kyiv while it is happening?

“When you start to look at the geometry, this all of a sudden isn’t やめる as high 危険 as everyone makes it out to be.”

Inna Sovsun, a Ukrainian MP and 副 leader of the Holos Party, is one of many 政治家,政治屋s from the country to call for a no-飛行機で行く zone, also 含むing 大統領 Volodymyr Zelensky.

Speaking to PA, the 37-year-old pointed to an attack on a 居住の building in Chernihiv on Thursday, where at least 47 非軍事のs were killed によれば 地元の 当局.

“Because of one ミサイル strike,” she 追加するd.

“What they’re doing 権利 now is terrible, they’re 殺人,大当り Ukrainians from the 空気/公表する.

“にもかかわらず the 抱擁する 成果/努力s of the Ukrainian army, we cannot help ourselves (in the) 空気/公表する just with our 成果/努力s.

“This narrative that we are 審理,公聴会 from the West… ‘there will be a way for (a) 外交の 解答’ ? what 外交の 解答? They are throwing 爆弾s on our 長,率いるs.”

On Thursday she 株d a photograph of a 製図/抽選 she said was drawn by her nine-year-old son, Martyn, in which he drew a city with the words “no 飛行機で行く zone” written above.

Ukrainian leaders have also raised 関心s that 援助(する) is not reaching areas of the country 予定 to the 砲撃.
