Home 長官 could 直面する 合法的な 活動／戦闘 over ウクライナ共和国 ビザ 延期するs
Would-be sponsors under the Homes For ウクライナ共和国 ビザ 計画／陰謀 are 脅すing the 政府 with 合法的な 活動／戦闘 on に代わって of hundreds of 難民s who have spent weeks waiting to come to the UK.
A class 活動／戦闘 訴訟 is 存在 用意が出来ている over “inordinate and 不当な 延期するs” in 過程ing hundreds of ビザ 使用／適用s made in March.
人物／姿／数字s 株d with the PA news 機関 last week, 収集するd by would-be hosts, show there were at least 800 Ukrainian 難民s still waiting for ビザs after 適用するing within the first two weeks of the 計画／陰謀 開始.
It comes as 総理大臣 Boris Johnson 認める that 難民s could have been helped to get to the UK faster.
The groups behind the 活動／戦闘, 徹夜 4 ビザs and Taking 活動／戦闘 Over The Homes For ウクライナ共和国 ビザ 延期するs, say the 延期するs have put people in ウクライナ共和国 and 国境 countries at 危険, and heaped “かなりの 圧力 and 緊張する” on UK hosts.
Lawyers for the groups are planning to send a pre-活動／戦闘 議定書 letter to the Home Office this week, asking it to “sort out the endless muddles and 絡まるs”.
They could then 適用する for a judicial review of the 政府’s ビザ-過程ing 政策.
Katherine Klinger, who has helped organise 徹夜s outside the Home Office over the past week, told PA: “Perhaps the most striking thing I’ve noticed is the utter despair, shame and sense of 責任／義務 so many hosts 報告（する）／憶測.
“Hosts are in 涙／ほころびs いつかs when they 報告（する）／憶測 to us what has happened in the past six weeks ? dozens of emails, phone calls, letters, trips to the Home Office, MPs’ 関与 etc ? it’s very humbling.”
The groups 開始する，打ち上げるd an online crowdfunder on Tuesday to raise up to £15,000 to help 支払う／賃金 for the 合法的な costs.
The crowdjustice page reads: “If the Home Office does not get a 支配する on this 緊急の and 潜在的に 壊滅的な 状況／情勢, we will bring our 活動／戦闘 for judicial review and ask that it is considered 緊急に in light of the vuln erability of so many of the March applicants.”
Mr Johnson said “large numbers” of those 逃げるing the war are now coming to Britain.
In an interview with Susanna Reid on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, he said: “So far 86,000 ビザs have been 問題／発行するd and 27,000 are already here and I want to say ‘thank you’ ? 27,000 is a lot and it’s growing 急速な／放蕩な and I want to 支払う／賃金 尊敬の印 to all those who are helping to look after Ukrainians.
“Could we have done it faster? Yes, perhaps we could.”

The mother received her ビザ on April 18 but the little girl is still waiting.
Moses Gibson and his wife Nichola Merrick, who are sponsoring the mother and daughter, said the Ukrainian family are “very 関心d and very jittery” about not having received 許可 to travel for the little girl.
The 51-year-old from Sandown, on the 小島 of Wight, said he feels “jaded” after weeks of trying to 解決する the 状況／情勢.
He said: “We have 接触するd anything and anyone that we think can 進歩 our 事例／患者, and the wider social 政策 fallout of this dreadful and 完全に hopeless 計画／陰謀.
“The 誤った hope it’s giving to people who are fighting and 逃げるing for their lives is 容認できない, it’s unbelievable.”
PA has 報告（する）／憶測d on 多重の 類似の 事例／患者s where family members, usually young children, are waiting for longer than their 親族s for 許可 to travel.
The 合法的な 活動／戦闘 is 存在 用意が出来ている by Amanda Jones, an 移民／移住 and public 法律 barrister, and follows a previous successful individual challenge, the group said.
Ms?Jones challenged the 政府 on に代わって of a member of the Marlow ウクライナ共和国?集団の／共同の,?who had been waiting m 鉱石 than a month to bring the family she is sponsoring to the UK.
Rebecca 吊りくさび, a 44-year-old teacher from Marlow, Buckinghamshire, sought help after the mother she is sponsoring received her ビザ on April 9 but her children, 老年の four and five, were still waiting.
After?Ms?Jones 接触するd the 政府, within nine hours the family was told the?remaining ビザs were ready, she said.
Ms Jones said the judicial review would be brought on the grounds that the Home Office has a 政策 of 延期するing the March 使用／適用s, and deciding later 使用／適用s instead ? or that the system is “so 大混乱／混沌とした and 安定性のない” that it is 不当な.
She said hundreds of 使用／適用s made during March remain 優れた, and those waiting are “running out of money, hope and support”.

“The changes the Home Office has made to 簡素化する the ビザ system, 含むing 簡単にするing the forms and 上げるing staff numbers, are working and we are now 過程ing ビザs as quickly as they come in ? enabling thousands more Ukrainians to come through our uncapped 大勝するs.”
