によれば the argument, she 示唆するd the charity was complicit in a “（選挙などの）運動をする of いやがらせ” against people who question “trans self-ID ideology”, a viewpoint which lawyers said 原因（となる）d a “strong 消極的な reaction at the most 上級の level” within the 議会s.

Ms Bailey is also said to （人命などを）奪う，主張する Stonewall tried to 説得する Garden 法廷，裁判所 to 削減（する） its 協会s with her over her support of gender-批判的な beliefs after two tweets in September and October 2019, which criticised the charity.
In the first, she said Stonewall had 雇うd Morgan Page, an 行動主義者 and writer who she 述べるd as “a male-団体／死体d person who ran workshops with t he 単独の 目的（とする） of coaching 異性愛の men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them”.
In the second, she thanked a Sunday Times 新聞記者／雑誌記者 for “報告（する）／憶測ing on the appalling levels of 脅迫, 恐れる and coercion that are 運動ing the @stonewalluk trans self-ID 協議事項”.
によれば her 合法的な team’s 開始 argument, Stonewall subsequently submitted a （民事の）告訴 which said “for Garden 法廷，裁判所 議会s to continue associating” with Ms Bailey, puts the organisation “in a difficult position”, before 明言する／公表するing “I 信用 that you will do what is 権利 and stand in 団結 with trans people.”
Her lawyers said: “The only possible 解釈／通訳 of the 声明… is that the 結果 sought was for Garden 法廷，裁判所 to 中止する ‘associating’ with the claimant.”
Another 開始 声明 供給（する）d to the 法廷 by Garden 法廷，裁判所’s 合法的な team 明言する／公表するd Ms Bailey was asked to 除去する the tweets as a result of the 調査 but 辞退するd, after which no その上の 活動／戦闘 was taken against her.

The LGB 同盟 has 以前 said there is a 衝突 between the 権利s of lesbian, gay and bisexual people, and transgender people.

Ms Bailey is 告訴するing both Stonewall and Garden 法廷，裁判所 for 差別, and has raised more than £495,000 to 基金 her 合法的な 事例／患者.
