UK 誓約（する）s to send ミサイルs to ウクライナ共和国 as Russia 警告するs of `unpleasant シナリオs´
The UK has 誓約（する）d to send sophisticated medium-範囲 ロケット／急騰する systems to ウクライナ共和国, joining the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs and Germany in equipping the 戦闘の準備を整えた nation with 前進するd 武器s for 狙撃 負かす／撃墜する 航空機 and knocking out 大砲.
Western 武器 have been 批判的な to ウクライナ共和国’s success in 反対するing Russia’s much larger and better-equipped 軍の during the war, now in its 99th day.
But as ロシアの 軍隊s の近くにd in on a 重要な city in 最近の days, the Ukrainian 政府 said its 闘士，戦闘機s needed better ロケット／急騰する 発射台s to 勝つ／広く一帯に広がる.
A Kremlin 広報担当者 again 警告するd of “絶対 望ましくない and rather unpleasant シナリオs” if the 最新の Western-供給（する）d 武器s were 解雇する／砲火／射撃d into Russia.
“This pumping of ウクライナ共和国 with 武器s … will bring more 苦しむing to ウクライナ共和国, which is 単に a 道具 in the 手渡すs of those countries that 供給（する） it with 武器s,” Kremlin 広報担当者 Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
ロシアの 軍隊s continued to 続けざまに猛撃する towns and cities 夜通し and to 強化する their 支配する on the eastern city of Sievierodonetsk.
The UK’s 省 of Defence (MoD) 報告（する）／憶測d that Russia had 逮捕（する）d most of the city, one of two in Luhansk 州 that had remained under Ukrainian 支配（する）／統制する.
As fighting 激怒（する）d in ウクライナ共和国’s east, some 居住（者）s 軍隊d to 逃げる ロシアの 試みる／企てるs to 嵐／襲撃する the 資本／首都, Kyiv, weeks ago 直面するd the 圧倒的な 仕事 of 再構築するing their 粉々にするd lives.
Nila Zelinska and her husband, Eduard, returned this week for the first time to the charred 廃虚s of what used to be their home outside Kyiv. They fled with her 82-year-old mother まっただ中に ロシアの 爆撃する and 空気／公表する strikes in the 早期に days of the war.
She said: “May there be peace on earth, peace so that our people are not 苦しむing so much.”
Speaking 経由で ビデオ link to a 安全 会議／協議会 in Slovakia, Ukrainian 大統領 Volodymyr Zelensky called for even more 武器s and 許可／制裁s 的ing Russia.
“As of today, the occu piers 支配（する）／統制する almost 20% of our 領土, almost 48,262 square miles,” he said.
Mr Zelensky said Russia had 解雇する／砲火／射撃d 15 巡航する ミサイルs in the past day and used a total of 2,478 ミサイルs 侵略するing ウクライナ共和国 on February 24, “most of them 的d civil 組織／基盤／下部構造”.
Mr Zelensky also 警告するd that if Russia 勝つ／広く一帯に広がるs in its war in ウクライナ共和国 “then the dark times will come for everyone” in Europe.
演説（する）／住所ing the 議会 in Luxembourg he said: “If we 勝利，勝つ this war, all Europeans will be able to continue enjoying their freedom.
“But if this one person who wants to destroy any freedom in ウクライナ共和国 and Europe 勝つ／広く一帯に広がるs, then dark times will come for everyone on the continent,” he 追加するd, referring to ロシアの 大統領，／社長 Vladimir Putin.
He said Russia 現在／一般に 支配（する）／統制するs almost 20% of ウクライナ共和国’s 領土, an area larger than Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg 連合させるd, and that “tens of thousands” of people have died in the first 99 days of the war.
“This is what it means, in fact, to characterise this war as 十分な-規模,” Mr Zelensky said. “And this is why we are calling the world for their support.”
Defence 長官 Ben Wallace said the UK would send an 明示していない number of M270 発射台s, which can 解雇する／砲火／射撃 precision-guided ロケット／急騰するs up to 50 miles. Ukrainian 軍隊／機動隊s will be trained in the UK to use the 器具／備品, he said.
The British 政府 says the 決定／判定勝ち（する） to 供給する the 発射台s was 連係させた closely with the US 政府, which said that it would 供給（する） High Mobility 大砲 ロケット／急騰する Systems to ウクライナ共和国.
The two ミサイル systems are 類似の, though the American one has wheels while the British one ? also US-built ? runs on 跡をつけるs.
Germany had come under 批評 that it was not doing enough to help ウクライナ共和国. （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Olaf Scholz said his country would 供給（する） ウクライナ共和国 with modern anti-航空機 ミサイルs and レーダ systems.
He said the IRIS-T’s surface-to-空気／公表する ミサイルs Germany 計画（する）s to 供給する are the most modern 空気／公表する defence system the country has.
Sweden also 発表するd 計画（する）s to 寄付する 武器 to Kyiv. They 含む ミサイルs, 半分-(a)自動的な／(n)自動拳銃 ライフル銃／探して盗むs and anti-戦車／タンク 武器s, Swedish defence 大臣 Peter Hultqvist said.
The country’s 議会 is 推定する／予想するd to 認可する the 寄付.
After Western-供給（する）d 武器 helped ウクライナ共和国 fend off ロシアの 試みる／企てるs to 嵐／襲撃する the 資本／首都, Moscow 転換d its 焦点（を合わせる） to 掴むing all of eastern ウクライナ共和国’s 産業の Donbas 地域.
As Russia’s 軍の 刻々と 砲撃するd Ukrainian-held areas, its 不快な／攻撃 there resulted in incremental 伸び（る）s in the last week.
A Ukrainian 軍の 専門家 said an uptick in ロシアの ミサイル strikes （機の）カム in 返答 to the newly 約束d 武器.
“供給（する）s of Western 武器s are of 広大な／多数の／重要な 関心 for the Kremlin, because even without 十分な 武器s the Ukrainian army is daringly resisting the 不快な／攻撃,” 軍の 分析家 Oleh Zhdanov told The Associated 圧力（をかける）.
軍の 分析家s think Russia is hoping to 侵略（する）／超過（する） the Donbas before the arrival of any 武器s that might turn the tide.
It will take at least three weeks to get the precision US 武器s and trained 軍隊／機動隊s の上に the 戦場, the 米国防総省 said.
But defence under-長官 Colin Kahl said he believes they will arrive in time to make a difference in the fight.
Kyiv also is 始める，決める to get a 外交の 上げる with the formal 取り付け・設備 of a new US 外交官／大使 to ウクライナ共和国.
Bridget Brink was 始める，決める to 手渡す her 信任状 to Mr Zelensky on Thursday.
She will be Washington’s first 外交官／大使 in Kyiv since former US 大統領，／社長 Donald Trump 突然の 軍隊d out 外交官／大使 Marie Yovanovitch in 2019. She later became a 重要な 人物／姿／数字 in the first 告発 訴訟／進行s against Mr Trump.

Moscow’s 軍隊s also 嵐／襲撃するd the town of Komyshuvakha in the south-eastern Zaporizhzhia 地域, large parts of which are under ロシアの 支配（する）／統制する, the Ukrainian General Staff said.
In the western Lviv 地域, a ロシアの ミサイル 攻撃する，衝突する rail lines that were a 重要な conduit for 供給（する）s of Western 武器s and other 供給（する）s, 公式の／役人s said.
In his nightly ビデオ 演説（する）／住所, Mr Zelensky turned the 焦点（を合わせる） to ウクライナ共和国’s children. He said 243 of them have been killed in the war, 446 have been 負傷させるd and 139 are 行方不明の.
The real numbers could be higher, he 追加するd, as his 政府 does not have a 十分な picture of areas under ロシアの 占領／職業.
Mr Zelensky said 200,000 children are の中で the Ukrainians who have been forcefully taken to Russia and 分散させるd across that 広大な country.
