Obama says Queen´s `generosity´ reminded him of his grandmother
Former US 大統領，／社長 Barack Obama has said getting to know the Queen was の中で the “広大な／多数の／重要な 特権s” of his time in office, as he paid 尊敬の印 to the “確固たる” 君主 on her Platinum Jubilee.
He said the 君主, now 96, reminded him a little of his grandmother when they met, and he liked to think they had formed a “special 関係” of their own over the years ? making 言及／関連 to the phrase often used to characterise the 同盟 between the US and UK.
Mr Obama, who served as the 44th US 大統領，／社長 from 2009 to 2017, said he and wife Michelle had not known what to 推定する／予想する on his first trip to Buckingham Palace, but they “shouldn’t have been worried”.
