US trying to `ハイジャック（する）´ support of Asia-太平洋の nations, （人命などを）奪う，主張するs 中国
中国’s defence 大臣 has （刑事）被告 the 部隊d 明言する／公表するs of trying to “ハイジャック（する）” the support of countries in the Asia-太平洋の 地域 to turn them against Beijing, 説 Washington is 捜し出すing to 前進する its own 利益／興味s “under the guise of multilateralism”.
General Wei Fenghe 攻撃するd out at US 長官 of Defence Lloyd Austin, 拒絶するing his “smearing 告訴，告発” that 中国 is 原因（となる）ing 不安定 with its （人命などを）奪う，主張する to the self-治める／統治するing island of Taiwan and its 増加するd 軍の activity in the area.
On Saturday, Mr Austin had 強調する／ストレスd the need for 多国間の 共同s with nations in the Indo-太平洋の, which Mr Wei 示唆するd was an 試みる／企てる to 支援する 中国 into a corner.
“No country should 課す its will on others or いじめ（る） others under the guise of multilateralism,” Mr Wei said.
“The 戦略 is an 試みる／企てる to build an 排除的 small group in the 指名する of a 解放する／自由な and open Indo-太平洋の to ハイジャック（する） countries in our 地域 and 的 one 明確な／細部 country ? it is a 戦略 to create 衝突 and 対決 to 含む／封じ込める and encircle others.”
中国 has been 速く modernising its 軍の and 捜し出すing to 拡大する its 影響（力） and ambitions in the 地域, recently 調印 a 安全 協定 with the Solomon Islands that many 恐れる could lead to a Chinese 海軍の base in the 太平洋の, and breaking ground this past week on a 海軍の port 拡大 事業／計画（する） in Cambodia that could give Beijing a foothold in the 湾 of Thailand.
Last year, US 公式の／役人s （刑事）被告 中国 of 実験（する）ing a hypersonic ミサイル, a 武器 harder for ミサイル defence systems to 反対する, but 中国 主張するd it had been a “決まりきった仕事 実験（する） of a 宇宙船”.
Answering a question about the 実験（する） on Sunday, Mr Wei （機の）カム the closest so far to 認めるing it was, indeed, a hypersonic ミサイル, 説: “As for hypersonic 武器s, many countries are developing 武器s and I think there’s no surprise that 中国 is doing so.
“中国 will develop its 軍の. “ I think it’s natural.”
US 国務長官 Antony Blinken last month said 中国 代表するd the “most serious long-称する，呼ぶ／期間／用語 challenge to the international order” for America, with its （人命などを）奪う，主張するs to Taiwan and 成果／努力s to 支配する the 戦略の South 中国 Sea.
The US and its 同盟（する）s have 答える／応じるd with いわゆる freedom of 航海 patrols in the South 中国 Sea and Taiwan 海峡, いつかs 遭遇（する）ing a pushback from 中国’s 軍の.
Mr Wei （刑事）被告 the US of “干渉 in the 事件／事情／状勢s of our 地域” with the patrols, and “flexing the muscles by sending 軍艦s and 軍用機s on a rampage in the South 中国 Sea”.
中国 has squared off with the Philippines and Vietnam, の中で others, over 海上の （人命などを）奪う，主張するs and Mr Wei said it is up to the countries in the 地域 to find their own 解答s.
“中国 calls for turning the South 中国 Sea into a sea of peace, friendship and co-操作／手術,” he said. “This is the 株d wish and 責任／義務 of countries in the 地域.”
