Britain should start 準備するing for its “first 適切に hot summer’s day”, 専門家s have said, with 気温s climbing as high as the 中央の-thirties this week.
Heatwaves are also likely over the coming months, with one 気象学者 あられ／賞賛するing a turning point after a disappointing start to the year.
“There’s not been much in the way of exceptionally warm days or hot days yet this year, but that is 始める，決める to change,” the Met Office’s Steven Keates said.
“We’re 始める，決める to see probably a 簡潔な／要約する （一定の）期間 of hot 天候 at the end of this coming week.”
South East England may experience 気温s of 32C (89.6F) on Friday, although Mr Keates 追加するd: “It could かもしれない be a little hotter than that … 中央の-thirties are possible.”
If the 予測 is 正確な, Britain will be hotter than Portugal, Jamaica, Costa Rica, the Canary Islands and Cyprus.

It would also mean the hottest day of the year so far, （太陽，月の）食／失墜ing the 記録，記録的な／記録する of 27.5C (81.5F) 始める，決める in 中央の-May at Heathrow.

“There have been no heatwaves so far this year… the greater 見込み is that it’s going to be the その上の south, south east, you are.”
