政府 to introduce 議論の的になる 法律制定 to 修正する NI 議定書
A 法案 to 片側だけに 修正する the Northern Ireland 議定書 will be introduced in 議会 まっただ中に 論争 over whether the 法律制定 will break international 法律.
Northern Ireland 長官 Brandon 吊りくさび has 主張するd the new 法案 is “lawful” and “訂正する” but 労働 has （刑事）被告 the 政府 of “法律-breaking”.
There is also likely to be some 対立 from within Tory 階級s, with a number of MPs believed to be unhappy with the 法律制定.
The 財政上の Times 報告（する）／憶測d that an 内部の 公式文書，認める had been 広まる の中で those against the 法案, which said: “Breaking international 法律 to 引き裂く up the 総理大臣’s own 条約 is 損失ing to everything the UK and 保守的なs stand for.”
The 法律制定 will give 大臣s 力／強力にするs to 無視／無効 elements of the 議定書, which was 共同で agreed by the UK and EU as part of the Brexit 撤退 協定 to keep the Irish land 国境 解放する／自由な-flowing.
The 手はず／準備 instead 要求する regulatory checks and customs 宣言s on goods moving between 広大な／多数の／重要な Britain and Northern Ireland.

The DUP has 封鎖するd the 形式 of a new 力／強力にする-株ing 政府 at Stormont に引き続いて last month’s 議会 選挙 in 抗議する.
The 法案 予定 to come before 議会 will see the 政府 move without the 同意 of the EU to change the 条件 of the 議定書 in a 企て，努力，提案 to 減ずる the checks on the movement of goods across the Irish Sea.
This could 含む 許すing 大臣s to 除去する all customs 過程s for goods moving within the 部隊d Kingdom and enable the frictionless movement of agri-food goods staying within the UK.
It could also see 商売／仕事s in Northern Ireland given the ability to choose whether to follow UK or EU 規則s, depending on who they are 貿易（する）ing with.
The EU has made （疑いを）晴らす that such steps would 代表する a 違反 of international 法律 and could 誘発する 報復の 活動／戦闘 from the 圏.
Mr 吊りくさび has said he hopes the 法案 will 説得する the DUP to support the re-設立 of the Stormont 会・原則s.
He has also said the 政府 will 始める，決める out its 合法的な position on the 法案 when the 法律制定 is introduced to 議会 on Monday.
Mr 吊りくさび told Sky News on Sunday: “What we’re going to do is lawful and it is 訂正する.
“We will be setting out our 合法的な position on this. People will see that what we’re 提案するing 解決するs the 重要な 問題／発行するs within the 議定書 that don’t work.”
But 影をつくる／尾行する （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Rachel Reeves said “it does look like the 政府 計画（する）s to break international 法律”.
She said: “This 政府 seems to be developing a 記録，記録的な／記録する for 法律-breaking and it is not one that the 労働 Party can support.”
While Mr 吊りくさび committed to publishing the 政府’s “合法的な position” on the 事柄, he 主張するd “政府s don’t publish 詳細（に述べる）s behind advice given to 大臣s”.
負かす／撃墜するing Street has said it will 株 only “a 要約” of the 合法的な advice it received with the public, which has led to 告訴，告発s of a “cover-up”.
A No 10 広報担当者 said on Friday: “The 法案 has been agreed by the 関連した 閣僚 委員会s and will be introduced to 議会 on Monday.
“We will, と一緒に the 法案, publish a 要約 of the 合法的な advice.”
労働’s 影をつくる／尾行する Northern Ireland 長官 Peter Kyle said it is “現職の on 大臣s” to 解放（する） the 最大限 possible 合法的な advice, with “transparency about its origins”.
自由主義の 民主党員 Northern Ireland 広報担当者 Alistair Carmichael said the public deserves “十分な transparency” over the 計画（する）’s 合法的な basis, 警告 he 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑うs a “cover-up”.

“But we are going to 始める，決める out the 政府’s 合法的な position and our methodology for that.”
