訴訟／進行s are to be 問題／発行するd by Rylands 法律 on に代わって of a group of professional and 半分-professional players against World Rugby, the Rugby Football Union and the Welsh Rugby Union.
The claimants, who 含む former むちの跡s captain Ryan Jones and England’s 2003 World Cup-winning hooker Steve Thompson, argue that the sport’s 治める／統治するing 団体／死体s were negligent in that they failed to take reasonable 活動／戦闘 to 保護する players from 永久の 傷害 原因（となる）d by repetitive concussive and sub-concussive blows.

In all Rylands 代表するs more than 185 rugby union players 老年の in their 30s, 40s and 50s.

“I feel that’s been taken away and there’s nothing I can do.
“I can’t train harder, I can’t play the 審判（をする）, I don’t know what the 支配するs of the game are anymore.”

“The players we 代表する love the game. We 目的（とする） to challenge the 現在の perceptions of the 治める／統治するing 団体／死体s, to reach a point where they 受託する the 関係 between repetitive blows to the 長，率いる and 永久の neurological 傷害 and to take steps to 保護する players and support those who are 負傷させるd.”
Rylands 拒絶する／低下するd to comment on whether former Gloucester lock Ed Slater, who has been 診断するd with モーター neurone 病気, is part of the group 伴う／関わるd in the 活動／戦闘.
