Molly Russell death: 検死官 示唆するs separate 壇・綱領・公約s for adults and children
The father of schoolgirl Molly Russell has 勧めるd social マスコミ companies not to “drag their feet waiting for 法律制定”, as a 検死官 問題／発行するd 推薦s 含むing separate 壇・綱領・公約s for adults and children.
検死官 Andrew Walker sent a 予防 of 未来 Deaths 報告（する）／憶測 (PFD) to 商売／仕事s such as Meta, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat 同様に as the UK 政府 on Thursday, in which he 勧めるd a review of the algorithms used by the 場所／位置s to 供給する content.
The 14-year-old, from Harrow in north-west London, ended her life in November 2017 after 見解（をとる）ing 自殺 and self-害（を与える） content online, 誘発するing her family to （選挙などの）運動をする for better internet safety.
In his 報告（する）／憶測, Mr Walker identified six areas of 関心 that arose during the 検死 into Molly’s death, 含むing the 分離 of content for adults and children.

At the 検死 held at North London 検死官’s 法廷，裁判所 last month, the 検死官 結論するd Molly died while 苦しむing from the “negati ve 影響s of online content”.
The 検死 was told the 十代の少年少女 接近d 構成要素 from the “ghetto of the online world” before her death, with her family arguing 場所／位置s such as Pinterest and Instagram recommended accounts or 地位，任命するs that “促進するd” 自殺 and self-害（を与える）.

Pinterest’s Judson Hoffman told the 検死 the 場所／位置 was “not 安全な” when the schoolgirl used it.
In light of the 関心s raised, Mr Walker recommended the 政府 considered reviewing the 準備／条項 of internet 壇・綱領・公約s to children in the PFD.

Mr Walker’s 報告（する）／憶測 said: “I recommend that consideration is given to the setting up of an 独立した・無所属 regulatory 団体／死体 to 監視する online 壇・綱領・公約 content with particular regard to the above.
“I recommend that consideration is given to 制定するing such 法律制定 as may be necessary to 確実にする the 保護 of children from the 影響s of harmful online content and the 効果的な 規則 of harmful online content.
“Although 規則 would be a 事柄 for 政府 I can see no 推論する／理由 why the 壇・綱領・公約s themselves would not wish to give consideration to self-規則 taking into account the 事柄s raised above.”
Mr Walker said he believed 活動／戦闘 should be taken ーするために 妨げる 未来 deaths, 追加するing: “I believe you and/or your organisation have the 力／強力にする to take such 活動／戦闘.”

“We 勧める social マスコミ companies to 注意する the 検死官’s words and not drag their feet waiting for 法律制定 and 規則, but instead to take a proactive approach to self-規則 to make their 壇・綱領・公約s safer for their young 使用者s.
“They should think long and hard about whether their 壇・綱領・公約s are suitable for young people at all.
“The 政府 must also 行為／法令／行動する 緊急に to put in place its 強健な 規則 of social マスコミ 壇・綱領・公約s to 確実にする that children are 保護するd from the 影響s of harmful online content, and that 壇・綱領・公約s and their 上級の 経営者／支配人s 直面する strong 許可／制裁s if they fail to take 活動／戦闘 to 抑制（する） the algorithmic amplification of destructive and 極端に dangerous content or fail to 除去する it 速く.
“I hope this will be 器具／実施するd 速く through the Online Safety 法案 which must be passed as soon as possible.”
In their 返答 to the PFD 報告（する）／憶測, Instagram’s parent company Meta said they agreed “規則 is needed”.
The social マスコミ 巨大（な） said it was “reviewing” the 検死官’s 報告（する）／憶測, 追加するing: “We don’t 許す content that 促進するs 自殺 or self-害（を与える）, and we find 98% of the content we take 活動／戦闘 on before it’s 報告（する）／憶測d to us.
“We’ll continue working hard, in 共同 with 専門家s, teens and parents, so we can keep 改善するing.”
Pinterest also 問題／発行するd a 声明 in reaction to the 報告（する）／憶測, which said: “Pinterest is committed to making 現在進行中の impr ovements to help 確実にする that the 壇・綱領・公約 is 安全な for everyone and the 検死官’s 報告（する）／憶測 will be considered with care.”
Meta, Pinterest, Twitter and Snapchat all have 56 days to 答える／応じる with a 時刻表／予定表 of 活動／戦闘 they 提案する to take or explain why no 活動／戦闘 is 提案するd.
