`Do 権利 thing and speak up if you have （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about Elle Edwards´ 殺人´
People have been 勧めるd to “do the 権利 thing and speak up” if they have （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状） about the deadly 狙撃 of an innocent woman celebrating Christmas in a pub with friends.
Merseyside Police and 地元の 議員s said people should not “stay 静かな” or “sit in silence” if they have useful knowledge about the 殺人 of 26-year-old Elle Edwards.
It （機の）カム as two people were 逮捕（する）d on ボクシング Day in 関係 with the 狙撃 ? which also left a 28-year-old man fighting for his life and three others 傷つける.
Police and community leaders gathered to speak with and support 居住（者）s of Wallasey Village on Monday.
Officers were joined by 地元の 議員s, 代表者／国会議員s of Wirral 会議 and the office of the area’s MP, Dame Angela Eagle, “to show their support to 居住（者）s during this 悲劇の time”.
They called at people’s homes in the roads surrounding the village “to 供給する 安心 and give 居住（者）s an 適切な時期 to raise any concer ns they may have”, Merseyside Police said.

Superintendent Matthew Moscrop said: “We 勧める anyone with （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, no 事柄 how small, to 接触する us, supporting the 調査 and helping to find 司法（官） for Elle, her family and others 負傷させるd or さもなければ 影響する／感情d.
“This is not the time for anyone who knows who is 責任がある this 狙撃 to stay 静かな. Do the 権利 thing and 接触する us with （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）.”
Wirral Borough 会議 leader, Jeanette Williams, 述べるd the 狙撃 as “horrendous and abhorrent”.
She said it was a “one-off occurrence which is out of character for the area”.
She 追加するd: “Our hearts go out to the family of Elle at this 悲劇の time as they を取り引きする the loss of their loved one.
“If you have any （警察などへの）密告，告訴（状）, then do the 権利 thing and speak up, さもなければ you are complicit to the 殺人 of the young woman.
“And no one can sit in silence.”
地元の 議員 Lesley Rennie said 居住（者）s are “mortified by what has happened” and the 殺人 “seems to be a 完全に 無作為の 行為／法令／行動する of 暴力／激しさ where people were out enjoying Christmas Eve with family and friends”.
Police said officers?have stepped up their presence in Birkenhead, Woodchurch and Wallasey in the past two days “in a direct 返答 to the 致命的な 狙撃”.

A 30-year-old man from Tranmere has been 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 殺人 and 殺人未遂 after Ms Edwards’ death, while a 19-year-old woman from 激しく揺する フェリー（で運ぶ） has been 逮捕（する）d on 疑惑 of 共謀 to 殺人.
