Lawyers 予報する 合法的な challenges to 最小限 service levels 法律制定
雇用 lawyers are 予報するing there will be a 合法的な challenge to the 政府’s 議論の的になる 告示 of 法律制定 to 確実にする 最小限 levels of service during strikes.

David Hopper, 雇用 partner at 法律 会社／堅い 吊りくさび Silkin, said the 提案するd 法律制定 will not 解決する the 現在の 不安.
“It will take time to be 制定するd and there is no 保証（人） that it will make it past the House of Lords, as only 輸送（する） strikes are covered by the 政府’s 2019 manifesto かかわり合い to introduce 最小限 service levels.
“If it does become 法律, it may still not be 効果的な without 非常に／多数の 付加 始める，決めるs of 規則s, 産業 協定s and even 法廷，裁判所 判決，裁定s, which would 現実に 始める，決める the particular 最小限 基準s.
“Even then, unions can be 推定する／予想するd to resist the new 必要物／必要条件s and will almost certainly challenge any 施行 活動／戦闘 against them on human 権利s grounds.

“The 労働 Party has already 約束d to 廃止する the 法律制定 if 制定するd. So, with the 投票s as they are, these 改革（する）s may be of no 継続している significance in any event.”
The 政府 said it will introduce a 法案 in 議会 in the coming weeks to 確実にする 決定的な public services will have to 配達する 最小限 safety levels during 産業の 活動／戦闘.
最小限 safety levels will be 始める，決める for 解雇する／砲火／射撃, 救急車 and rail services and the 政府 will 協議する on the 適する level of ニュース報道 for these 部門s.
For other 部門s covered in the 法案, which 含むs health services, education, 核の 閉鎖するing, other 輸送（する） services and 国境 安全, the 政府 said it 推定する／予想するs to continue to reach voluntary 協定s, and would look to 協議する only on 最小限 safety levels should these voluntary positions not be agreed.
