Graham Potter: Keeping Chelsea´s new-look squad happy is an exciting 実験（する）

“Challenge is the 権利 word,” said Potter. “I’m certainly not complaining about it. It’s exciting. It’s a 実験（する） for me, of course, and for the staff, but it’s an exciting one.
“We’ve got a lot of really good players. We have to create an 環境 where there’s healthy 競争 and they can 押し進める each other, but at the same time understand that there’s going to be 失望／欲求不満 at times, because only 11 can play. That’s how it is.

“We’ve got a lot of important games, and we need to 改善する our results. It’s about playing, about supporting the team and 存在 ready to play.”
Potter’s first 実験（する） will come when he 服従させる／提出するs his 選択 for the 支持する／優勝者s League knock-out 行う／開催する／段階s on Thursday night, with three 付加 players 許すd to be 追加するd to the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） from earlier in the season.

“There’s always going to be players who are disappointed. It’s about 存在 as honest, open, respectful and transparent as you can.
“You have to create an 環境 where you 尊敬（する）・点 the fact that people want to play and compete and help the team, but they have to be 患者.
“If you spend money, the 外部の noise goes up. I understand that.

“It’s not the 量 you spend that gets success. It’s more than that.”
