Scotland’s Education 長官 has been 警告するd only a “意味ありげに 改善するd” 支払う／賃金 申し込む／申し出 would bring an end to staff ストライキs after she said teachers would be 申し込む／申し出d a new 取引，協定 within days.
For months, members of the 教育の 学校／設ける of Scotland (EIS) union have been embroiled in a struggle with Holyrood for a 10% rise, a move which Education 長官 Shirley-Anne Somerville has 以前 解任するd as “unaffordable”.

Stephen Kerr, education 広報担当者, said: “It appears as though the SNP education 長官 only belatedly appears to want to 解決する this 状況／情勢 when その上の strikes are ぼんやり現れるing large.”
