A police officer （刑事）被告 of 強姦ing and 強襲，強姦ing a woman and a six-year-old girl has been acquitted of all 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s.
Martyn Coulter, 36, was 設立する not 有罪の of six 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s at the High 法廷，裁判所 in Edinburgh on Tuesday with one 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金 ? of 強襲，強姦ing the girl ? 設立する to be not proven.
The 陪審／陪審員団 of nine men and six women took under four hours to （疑いを）晴らす him of the 主張s after they retired on Monday afternoon.
Coulter had 否定するd 強姦ing and 強襲，強姦ing a woman and a six-year-old child.

During the seven-day 裁判，公判, the 法廷，裁判所 heard 証拠 about the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 出来事/事件s.
But there were no 固める／コンクリート dates agreed on when the 出来事/事件s were said to have taken place.

The 法廷，裁判所 was also shown 記録，記録的な／記録するs of Coulter’s army training 記録，記録的な／記録するs, which 明らかにする／漏らすd he was on a training course between September 6 and 21 that year.
A woman told the 法廷，裁判所 on February 6 she could not 解任する the exact date, but said she went to Coulter’s flat at lunchtime on or around September 23 2013 to celebrate the news he was going on a 小旅行する of 義務 of Afghanistan with the 領土の Army.
She told the 法廷，裁判所 he had 手配中の，お尋ね者 to have sex with her to celebrate, but she told him she did not want to because she did not have time. She 申し立てられた／疑わしい he then 強姦d her.
But the 法廷，裁判所 heard that she appeared to have gone on a night out with Coulter that evening.
She also told the 法廷，裁判所 she could not remember the night in question as it was 10 years ago.
The 証言，証人／目撃する, however, 主張するd she could not remember 存在 with him on the date in question.
Mr Duguid put it to the 証言，証人／目撃する that Coulter had not received a letter that he would be （軍隊を）展開する，配備するd to Afghanistan in September, and had 現実に been told in November he would be sent for a 最大限 of 12 weeks 予定 to 存在 in the 領土の Army.
Coulter was 一時停止するd from Police Scotland as a result of the 告訴，告発s.
Upon 審理，公聴会 the 判決, an emotional Coulter put his 長，率いる in his 手渡すs and cried with 救済.
Cries could also be heard from members of his family and friends who had gathered in the public gallery to support him throughout the 裁判，公判.
裁判官 Lady Drummond told him: “Mr Coulter, you have been acquitted of all 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金s and you are 解放する／自由な to go.”
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Th e officer remains 一時停止するd and, given that 犯罪の 訴訟／進行s have 結論するd, the 事柄 will now be 査定する／（税金などを）課すd for 不品行／姦通 by Police Scotland’s Professional 基準s Department.”
