Istanbul 爆弾 嫌疑者，容疑者／疑う `killed in 操作／手術 in Syria´
Turkish 軍隊s have killed the 申し立てられた／疑わしい 操る behind a deadly Istanbul street 爆破 in an 操作／手術 in northern Syria, Turkey’s 明言する／公表する-run news 機関 報告（する）／憶測d on Friday.
The man, identified as Halil Menci, was “neutralised” on Wednesday in an 操作／手術 by the Turkish 知能 機関 近づく the northern town of Qamishli, the Anadolu 機関 報告（する）／憶測d.
