国家の 国家 of ウクライナ共和国 (犯罪の)一味s out from Edinburgh 城 to 示す year of war

ウクライナ共和国’s 国家の 国家 echoed around the 塀で囲むs of the 国家の war 記念の at the 最高の,を越す of Edinburgh 城 as a service took place to 示す the 周年記念日 of Russia’s 侵略.

It has been one year since ロシアの 大統領 Vladimir Putin sent his 軍隊/機動隊s into the country, starting a 衝突 which has left tens of thousands of people dead and millions 追い出すd.

On Friday, Ukrainian families, 代表者/国会議員s from the Scottish and UK 政府s, members of the 武装した 軍隊s and 領事s from countries 世界的な gathered to 支払う/賃金 尊敬の印 to the lives lost so far.

They laid dozens of 花冠s at the Scottish 国家の War 記念の, which is 位置を示すd in the 城, during the service.

Led by one of Scotland’s Ukrainian カトリック教徒 priests, Father Vasyl Kren, and Karen Campbell, padre to Legion Scotland, the service heard 祈りs and the call to rememb rance, and 観察するd a one-minute silence.

The service (機の)カム after people across Scotland fell silent at 11am for one minute to show their support for Ukrainians.

South of the 国境, 総理大臣 Rishi Sunak was joined outside Number 10 by wife Akshata Murthy, Kyiv’s 外交官/大使 to Britain Vadym Prystaiko and dozens of Ukrainian 軍隊/機動隊s 存在 trained in the UK for the moment of reflection.

The 28-year-old said: “It’s been 365 days since our country has been fighting for our 身元 and our freedom.

“The 兵士s are giving their lives for our tomorrow.

She said the 記念の service was moving for Ukrainian families, 追加するing: “We have told everyone, all our friends and families, that we here in Scotland are 支払う/賃金ing our 尊敬の印 to people of our country.”

Lord Provost of Edinburgh Robert Aldridge, speaking after the service, said it had been “a moving day, 特に for the families with loved ones still fighting”.

Mr Aldridge said he was 特に moved when he saw two children lay 花冠s at the 記念の during the service.

Neil Gray, the Scottish 大臣 with special 責任/義務 for 難民s from ウクライナ共和国, said more than 23,000 Ukrainians with a Scottish sponsor have arrived in the UK since last February.

Later on Friday, around 50 peace 行動主義者s gathered on Princes Street in Edinburgh for a 徹夜 to 示す the first 周年記念日 of the war.

They sang and held 掲示s calling for an end to the war.
