Union 長,率いる welcomes `詳細(に述べる)d 交渉s´ over teachers´ 支払う/賃金 after fresh 会談

The 政府 is 始める,決める to start “詳細(に述べる)d 交渉s” with unions on teachers’ 支払う/賃金 after fresh 会談 at the Department for Education, the 長,率いる of the NASUWT union has said.

Dr Patrick Roach, its general 長官, said Education 長官 Gillian Keegan had 知らせるd him of the 政府’s “starting point” and that there was nothing standing in the way of “getting a 取引,協定 の上に the (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する”.

The NASUWT and headteachers’ union NAHT have held separate 会談 with Ms Keegan on Monday, with the 協会 of School and College Leaders (ASCL) doing the same on Tuesday.

Dr Roach said: “Today’s 会合 with the 国務長官 has given us the 保証/確信s we have been 捜し出すing. There is nothing that should now stand in the way of 詳細(に述べる)d 交渉s and getting a 取引,協定 の上に the (米)棚上げする/(英)提議する.

“大臣s have heard from us and we have heard from them on their starting point for 支払う/賃金 交渉s for this year and next year.

“Whilst there are n umerous 問題/発行するs that will need to be discussed and a lot of ground to (不足などを)補う, there is the 範囲 to find a basis for 協定 which all 味方するs can support.

“解決するing our 現在進行中の 論争 with the 政府 can only be 達成するd by reaching a 交渉するd 解決/入植地.”

Paul Whiteman, general 長官 of NAHT, said nothing had changed but?sounded 類似して 希望に満ちた of 進歩 に引き続いて his own 会合.

Mr Whiteman said he did not know when 交渉s might take place, but 追加するd: “That is not to say that I am not without 本物の hope and some 期待, but when it will happen I am not sure.”

He went on: “Unfortunately, she hasn’t been able to find a way through to get us all together and it is certainly my preference that we should 会合,会う together, not 分かれて.

“As soon as the 条件s are there, that we can all get in the room together, then I think 進歩 can be made.”

The 政府 has not met the 国家の Education Union (NEU) for fresh 会談 ahead of its planned strike on 15 and 16 March, にもかかわらず it 存在 Britain’s largest education union.

Mary Bousted, its 共同の general 長官, (刑事)被告 Gillian Keegan of “playing politics” and said the individual 会合s did not 構成する “formal” 交渉s.

She said: “This is yet more distraction politics.

“The Education 長官 needs to call all the education unions together to 持つ/拘留する 論争 決意/決議 会談 to get the 問題/発行する of teacher 支払う/賃金 in England sorted.

“Gillian Keegan needs to take a leaf out of the Welsh 政府’s 調書をとる/予約する, stop playing politics and get 負かす/撃墜する to serious 交渉.”

The Department for Education has been 接触するd for comment.
