Alister Jack 勧めるs Scotland´s next FM to choose 共同, not 対決
Scottish 長官 Alister Jack has 勧めるd the country’s next first 大臣 not to 選ぶ fights with the UK 政府, calling for whoever takes over from Nicola Sturgeon to “turn from 対決 to 共同”.
The 保守的な 政治家，政治屋 said the 選挙 of a new SNP leader, who will then go on to become Scotland’s sixth first 大臣, was a chance to “reset” the 関係 with 政治家，政治屋s in Westminster.
He challenged whoever follows on from Ms Sturgeon to “put the people of Scotland first” by 捜し出すing to work more collaboratively with the UK 政府.
Scottish Health 長官 Humza Yousaf, 財政／金融 長官 Kate Forbes and former community safety 大臣 Ash Regan are all in the running to 後継する Ms Sturgeon, with the 勝利者 予定 to be 発表するd on Monday.

Mr Jack said he would have “根底となる political differences” with whoever that is, but 強調する／ストレスd that should not stop the two 政府s working together.
With the SNP’s first leadership 選挙 in almost 20 years 製図／抽選 to a の近くに, the Tory MP said that the Scottish 政府 “stands at a 十字路／岐路, with a new first 大臣 存在 selected in the coming days”.

“It is fair to say that they and I will have 根底となる political differences.

He continued: “After eight years of Nicola Sturgeon’s leadership, whoever 勝利，勝つs has the chance to 掴む an 適切な時期 to do things 異なって, to reset, and to make devolution work better for the people we serve.”
The Scottish 長官 said: “Too often in the past Holyrood 大臣s have sought 衝突 with Westminster, 簡単に to その上の their goal of 分離.
“That has sapped the energy, 焦点（を合わせる） and 解決する which should have been directed to 改善するing education, 取り組むing 麻薬s deaths, and 確実にするing people have the reliable 輸送（する） links they need.

He also said the two 行政s had 共同で 発表するd the 設立 of two?freeports in Scotland, in the Firth of 前へ／外へ and the Cromarty Firth, 説 these would 利益 not just these areas but would help “make the whole country more 競争の激しい”.
Mr Jack also said 計画（する）s for new 革新 zones 発表するd in （ドイツなどの）首相／（大学の）学長 Jeremy 追跡（する）’s 最近の 予算 could see 大臣s from Edinburgh and London “build on that 共同 and develop 提案s for Scotland”
The Scottish 長官 went on: “There are many other areas where we can and must work meaningfully together, 含むing on 輸送（する）, energy, and 再生利用するing, and the 名簿（に載せる）／表（にあげる） goes on.
“As I said, the choice the new first 大臣 makes will define them.?
“My advice to them is this, put the people of Scotland?first.”
