中国 脅すs 報復 if Taiwan 大統領，／社長 会合，会うs US （衆議院の）議長 McCarthy
中国 has 脅すd “resolute countermeasures” over a planned 会合 between Taiwanese 大統領，／社長 Tsai Ing-wen and the US House （衆議院の）議長 Kevin McCarthy during an 近づいている visit to America by the 長，率いる of the self-治める／統治するing island 僕主主義.
外交の 圧力 against Taiwan has ramped up recently, with Beijing poaching Taipei’s dwindling number of 外交の 同盟（する）s while also sending 軍の 闘士，戦闘機 jets 飛行機で行くing に向かって the island on a 近づく daily basis.
Earlier this month, Honduras 設立するd 外交関係 with 中国, leaving Taiwan with 13 countries that recognise it as a 君主 明言する／公表する.
Ms Tsai でっちあげる，人を罪に陥れるd the trip as a chance to show Taiwan’s かかわり合い to democratic values on the world 行う／開催する／段階, as she left Taiwan on Wednesday to begin her 10-day 小旅行する of the Americas.
“I want to tell the whole world, democratic Taiwan will resolutely 保護（する）／緊急輸入制限 the values of freedom and 僕主主義, and will continue to be a 軍隊 for good in the world, continuing a cycle of goodness, 強化するing the resilience of 僕主主義 in the world,” she told reporters.
“外部の 圧力 will not 妨害する our 決意／決議 to engage with the world.”
Ms Tsai is scheduled to 輸送 through New York on March 30 before 長，率いるing to Guatemala and Belize.
On April 5, she is 推定する／予想するd to stop in Los Angeles on her way 支援する to Taiwan, at which time the 会合 with Mr McCarthy is 試験的に scheduled.
The US stops are the m ost closely watched of her trip.
Spokesperson for 中国’s Taiwan 事件／事情／状勢s Office Zhu Fenglian 公然と非難するd Ms Tsai’s 途中滞在 on her way to visit 外交の 同盟（する）s in Central America and 需要・要求するd that no US 公式の／役人s met with her.
“We 堅固に …に反対する this and will take resolute countermeasures,” Ms Zhu said.
The US should “差し控える from arranging Tsai Ing-wen’s 輸送 visits and even 接触する with American 公式の／役人s, and take 固める／コンクリート 活動／戦闘s to fulfil its solemn かかわり合い not to support Taiwan independence”, she said.
輸送 visits through the US during broader international travel by the Taiwanese 大統領，／社長 have been 決まりきった仕事 over the years, 上級の US 公式の／役人s in Washington and Beijing have 強調するd to their Chinese 相当するものs.
In such 非公式の visits in 最近の years, Ms Tsai has met with members of 議会 and the Taiwanese diaspora and has been welcomed by the 議長／司会者 of the American 学校／設ける in Taiwan, the US 政府-run not-for-利益（をあげる） organisation that carries out 非公式の relations with Taiwan.

Mr McCarthy has said he would 会合，会う with Ms Tsai when she was in the US and had not 支配するd out the 可能性 of traveling to Taiwan in a show of support.
