UBS 任命するs former boss to lead `緊急の and challenging´ Credit Suisse 合併

It followed the 崩壊(する) of two US banks and 関心s over the long-running troubles at Credit Suisse that led its 株 to 急落(する),激減(する) and 顧客s to pull out money.

Mr Ermotti will 公式に take over from April 5 and Mr Hamers will remain at the bank, working as an 助言者 during the 移行 period.

He said there are cultural 問題/発行するs between Credit Suisse and UBS which it will try to stamp out.

“We do not want to 輸入する a bad culture into UBS”, he 主張するd.

“There are 明確に talented people in the 投資 味方する who we would be 利益/興味d in having, but we have to put everybody through a culture filter to make sure that we do not 輸入する something into our ecosystem that 原因(となる)s 問題/発行するs.”
