スイスの pensioners take 政府 to European 法廷，裁判所 over 気候
A group of スイスの pensioners were taking their 政府 to a 最高の，を越す European 法廷，裁判所 over what they （人命などを）奪う，主張する is its 失敗 to take stronger 活動／戦闘 on 気候 change.

The group, which has around 2,000 members across Switzerland with an 普通の／平均（する） age of 73, argues that older women’s 権利s are 特に （規則などを）破る／侵害するd on because they are most 影響する／感情d by the extreme heat that will become more たびたび（訪れる） 予定 to 全世界の warming, which 現在の スイスの 気候 政策 与える／捧げるs to.
“It’s been 証明するd that we older women are 特に 極度の慎重さを要する (to 気候 change),” 原告／提訴人 Rosmarie Wydler-Waelti, 73, from Basel said.
“We get sick a little bit faster 予定 to heatwaves than older men or other groups.”
After exhausting 国内の 合法的な avenues, the group has taken its 事例／患者 to the Strasbourg, フラン-based 法廷 in the hopes of setting a precedent that will 適用する to all 加盟国s of the European 条約 on Human 権利s.
It is linked to two その上の 事例／患者s brought by other groups that will be heard by the 法廷，裁判所 in the coming months.
“We are 告訴するing for our human 権利 to life,” Lore Zablonier, a 78-year-old from Zurich who stood outside the 法廷，裁判所 with 支持者s and the 環境の group Greenpeace, said.
