A constable has been 告発（する），告訴（する）／料金d with 強襲，強姦ing a 16-year-old girl in the 支援する of a police car while she was 存在 拘留するd.
Pc Kevin Markowski, who is a serving officer with Nottinghamshire Police, is （刑事）被告 of 強襲，強姦 by （警官の）巡回区域，受持ち区域ing and 非，不，無-致命的な intentional 絞殺 of a child, the 独立した・無所属 Office for Police 行為／行う (IOPC) said.
