Julian Knight 需要・要求するs return of Tory whip after police 減少（する） 性の 強襲，強姦 調査（する）
A serious 性の 強襲，強姦 主張 against a 上級の MP is no longer 存在 調査／捜査するd, police have said.
The 主要都市の Police 確認するd their 調査（する） is over after Julian Knight said he had been （疑いを）晴らすd.
Mr Knight, who was 一時停止するd from the 保守的な Party over the （人命などを）奪う，主張する, always 否定するd the 主張 and on Tuesday 需要・要求するd the “即座の” return of the party whip.
In a 堅固に-worded 声明, he also 攻撃する，衝突する out at both the 主要都市の Police and the 返答 of his own party, 約束ing to “use every 合法的な 大勝する 利用できる to 追求する those inside and outside 議会” 伴う／関わるd in the 主張.
“The fact is that there was never anything for the police to 調査／捜査する,” the MP said.
“This was a 選び出す／独身, 誤った and malicious 主張 最初 brought to them by third parties, each of whom had their own （疑いを）晴らす 動機s for doing so.

“In 公然と 指名するing me in 関係 with the 主張, the 保守的な Whips’ Office 行為／法令／行動するd disgracefully and i n 違反 of natural 司法（官） by 除去するing my anonymity. Their 活動／戦闘s meant my 指名する was dragged through the mud and my good 評判 immeasurably 損失d.
“The 行為／行う of one person in the Whips’ Office, and the language used に向かって me, was 特に egregious.
“Had the police taken the simple step at 手始め of interviewing me under 警告を与える, they would have seen that the 主張 was 誤った and scandalous. Instead, they waited four months, without ever talking to me, before deciding there was nothing for them to 調査／捜査する.
“I have been left 効果的に to 証明する my innocence through my public 声明s and letters to the commissioner of the 主要都市の Police and the 長，指導者 Whip. That cannot be 権利.
“It is now my 意向 to use every 合法的な 大勝する 利用できる to 追求する those inside and outside 議会 伴う／関わるd in having this 主張 brought against me.”
Scotland Yard received an 主張 of serious 性の 強襲，強姦 last October 28, and on December 7 a その上の referral relating to the 出来事/事件 was made and an 調査 into Mr Knight was 開始する，打ち上げるd.
On Tuesday, the 軍隊 said: “Police are no longer 訴訟／進行 with an 調査. There have been no 逮捕（する）s.”
The Solihull MP, who has 代表するd the 選挙区／有権者 since 2015, is chairman of the ありふれたs 数字表示式の, Culture, マスコミ and Sport 委員会.
Former 閣僚 大臣 Damian Green is 現在／一般に 事実上の／代理 chairman.
Mr Knight last month complained to Met Commissioner Sir 示す Rowley about the 扱うing of the 主張, 説 the 調査 was “欠陥d and fundamentally 不正な”.
