MPs to 診察する how 井戸／弁護士席 UK 大臣s understand devolution
An 調査 to 決定する how 井戸／弁護士席 the UK 政府 understands and considers devolution has been 開始する，打ち上げるd by a Westminster 委員会.
The Public 行政 and 憲法の 事件／事情／状勢s 委員会 will 捜し出す to 診察する how UK 大臣s have 進歩d with building on the devolution 能力 and how it is embedded within policymaking.
大臣s and civil servants will be quizzed on the 指導／手引 they receive on the devolution 手はず／準備 in Scotland, むちの跡s and Northern Ireland.
Devolved 大臣s and leaders may also be asked to 与える／捧げる to the 調査 to give 証拠 on how the 会・原則s 見解（をとる） Whitehall’s devolution 能力s.

It follows the Dunlop Review into union 能力, published in 2021, which called the intergovernmental 関係 between the four 国家の 政府s “not fit for 目的”.
The 報告（する）／憶測 recommended civil service 能力 was 改善するd, 含むing more 適切な時期s for 公式の／役人s to move between the four UK 行政s.
The 委員会 will also 診察する how 井戸／弁護士席 the civil service co-operates in different 行政s, and how the 関係s between the 閣僚 Office and the Scotland, むちの跡s and Northern Ireland Office 機能（する）／行事s.
Tory MP William Wragg, chairman of the 委員会, said: “It has been 25 years since the devolution 解決／入植地s fundamentally changed the governance of the 部隊d Kingdom, with the 設立 of devolved 会・原則s in Scotland, むちの跡s and Northern Ireland.

“It is 決定的な that 大臣s and civil servants in Whitehall fu lly understand the 関わりあい／含蓄s of the devolution 解決／入植地s on the policymaking 過程 and 持続する the 技術s and knowledge necessary to 配達する for every part of the UK.
“The 政府 committed to 改善するing devolution 能力 in 返答 to the Dunlop Review in 2021, but has it done so satisfactorily? We want to find out what 進歩 has been made and hear from those who have worked with and within Whitehall and the devolved 行政s.”
Submissions to the 調査 will be open until September 8.
